The Ramada Fort Wood was in a convienent location for a BCT graduation. The hotel was on the same road aproximately two miles from the main gate. The room was clean but needed some cosmetic upkeep. The desk/check-in area was open and welcoming. I was a little disapointed with the work out facilities. I did like the fact that there was a second vanity and sink seperate from the bathroom area which had its own vanity. Several restaurants were close by, one within walking distance. Wal-Mart and other shopping locations were on the other side of the expressway.

The location and access was great. The overall experience was great, loved the location, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice.

do not believe what your eyes see on the website. looks can definitley be decieving. the rooms and the building itsself are old and way out of date. the beds are stiff and very uncomfortable. the traffic from the highway keeps you up all night long. the sinks are so backed up that the smell of sewage fills the air. nausiating to everyone within the room. the sewage actually back up from the room next door. i hope i do not catch anything from staying here. if it wasnt for the fact that the hotels around here were not booked i would definitley not stay here. the pool and hot tub work just as good as the bathtub in your room. maybe a lil cleaner in the bathtub. the walls of the room are very thin and conversations from the ajoining room can be shared by all. this can definitley be classified as a local 1 star motel. so before you book your room here heed the warnings and the opinions of others who have stayed here. go somewhere else. i wish i did.

The bed in the room was infested with insects which bit us and caused itching red welts! Hotel staff could care less. Last time we stay at a Ramada

My friend and I liked all the little extras in the room. We also liked the continental breakfast. We have no complaint. Like I said before we liked the refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer and all the other extras in the room. They were plenty of hot water for showers no matter what time.

The hotel is right by the highway. Sounds good? I mean its RIGHT by the highway...trucks go by all night long and the air conditioners dont work so theres no way to drown out the sounds. The rooms are disgusting and the ""pool"" is a cement hole filled with chair padding.

Staff. Cigarette burns in bedspreads. Very friendly, and helpful staff.

This hotel has employees that really care. We checked in late and had a terrible time trying to get there, they went out of there way to try to help. All of the employee care about you as the customer. Rooms are clean and comfortable the free breakfast was great. I would stay again because you are treated like they really care about your needs.

Convenient, easy to locate. Dingy, no working ice machines, small towels. Okay for just sleeping purposes.

Had all the items needed in the room, clean. Heater was loud. Good clean establishment. Very nice staff.

The hotel is very old and worn down. The non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. The Ramada title should be pulled from the sign.

Convenient to my destination, nice accommodations, friendly staff and the continental breakfast was more than most places. Not there long enough to give criticism, pool was closed but wrong season. Manager was on duty in the middle of the night and that speaks well of the arrangements. The other desk staff was ok, accommodating, but not incredibly friendly, just business like. I liked the room, it was nice enough for me. I traveled alone and the bed was fine, I really loved the pillows, I need to get one like that. Cleaning lady was very nice.

Distance to location. Staff was a bit unfriendly. I would stay at this hotel again if I was going to be in this location. Kids loved the pool.

Good breakfast. Room smelled bad. Cable. Very loud at night. I wouldn't stay here again. I was only there for one night and I barely slept. There is a highway right next to the hotel. Lots of noise from that. Also a bar there. The room smelled really old. Make sure you bring a camera. The shower was good, though. Good water pressure and stuff. Looked like the pool area was nice. They have indoor and outdoor. Although I didn't have time to really check it out.

Location was excellent for Ft. Leonard Wood. The smell of an old nursing home and no elevator for the room level. Other nicer hotels without the nursing home smell were available nearby (I would have stayed in one had I not already been obligated to this one). Many issues with this hotel and there are other alternatives in this particular area. I would not recommend this particular hotel unless it was the last alternative and then I would make sure that whomever I was recommending it to understood that this was the last alternative.

We liked the convenience to the Army base. The air conditioning did not work & made sleeping unbearable. The hotel was clean & continental breakfast was nice. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly & made sleeping unbearable.

Location. It was not what I ordered. I was supposed to get a Jacuzzi suite. I booked a month in advance. I got a small room and the facilities were old and run down.

Great service! Good breakfast! Excellent staff. Very convenient. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The continental breakfast always featured several hot items and was always very good. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to St Robert/Ft Leonard Wood. We did not have a problem with anything. It is an older hotel but it is well maintained.

The staff was friendly, room was clean. Nothing. The hotel served the purpose at a reasonable price.

The breakfast was good, but the only thing we really liked was the fact that it was 2 miles from our destination. The staff was extremely rude! There were too many drunken people at the hotel. In short, the staff ed, access to the hotel ed, it was not worth the price we paid.
