Great location - not far from I25. stayed there after a day at Frontiers Day in Cheyenne. asked for a roll away but when when we returned there wasn't one. front desk said they couldn't locate one and no one was around to bring one up anyway. they did eventually bring up extra linens for the sofa cushion.

Was a good location and price was very good, but we soon realized why. The pool area and some rooms were in stages of remodeling. There was a layer of dust on eveything in the pool area including tables, plants, and other items in the restaurant, which is situated at one end of the pool. Our family group had two rooms and we found big differences between them. One room had a poor TV picture while the other was fine. One room had a comfortable lounge type chair while the other didn't. One room's light over the sink worked part of the time. One room had a hair drier, the other didn't until reported. The maid service also left things to be desired, such as no replacement soap, no shampoo, not very clean, etc. I could go on but I'm sure you get the picture.

Staff at front desk was very helpful, But had our dates totally wrg , I do not know if it was cheap tickets fault or the hotels. all rooms were booked got stuck in the last smoking room. every thing in town was sold out so took it. hotel has had better days very dirty rugs and walls. our room had a very comfortable bed and clean linens so actually slept well .The hotel was very run down. Looks like it used to be a very nice hotel. didnt use the pool or anything but did have a nice set up for families if you could get past all water stains and dirty carpets and just ruin down appearance. explains the 69.oo wouldnt pay anymore for it. We werent there to be at hotel or would have been disappointed. good breakfast though.

The stay was average. Nothing really stood out, bad or good. But I was satisfied with the stay.

After reading very poor reviews was prepared for the worst; what a wonderful surprise awaited us. Under new management; best free breakfast have ever had, staff receptive and really trying to please; great price, great location and great room. Made our trip; will be returning with bells on.

The lobby smells like chlorine due to the indoor pool down the hallway. The bathrooms in the lobby are soaking wet from people using them after being in the pool. The pool area and rooms surrounding are noisy from all the kids running around. We couldn't find the light switches in our room for a good 5 minutes because some don't work, some go to lights you wouldn't think they went to, etc. The caulking in the bathroom was cracked and in need of repair. The shower curtain and tub were filthy and old. The TV signal was fuzzy on every channel. The carpet is green. We only stayed here because it wasn't sold out like every other hotel that night. Now I see why people had chosen to stray from it. If I was the CEO of Ramada I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to this.

Hotel under renovation.First got a room that was very very dirty, black marks in bath tub,no phone,no remote control for t.v. dust everywhere.I went back to the reception and change a room to a "new" room that was better but still felt like someone slept in the bed and sheets never changed. Fitness room-one weight equipment. will not be back to this hotel.

Staff very friendly, room clean and bed was perfect. I needed a place to sleep while I was in Ft. Collins teaching a weekend workshop. It was perfect!

I would not send anyone to this hotel for at least a year. It is under renovations and there are very few things that were acceptable during our stay. We could not wait to check out. The food in the dining room was the greatest thing about the hotel. The name Ramada means a very different and high class place to stay. This one really does not measure up to the name by any means.

cracked mirror, peeling wall paper, musty, sticky stuff all over the night table had to pry up alarm clock and phone to use them, no drain in the tub, carpet was stained, hole in the blanket, hot breakfast not included in Orbitz rate, had to pay extra, breakfast not worth paying extra, omelets are extra for everyone, all guest were complaining

The Ramada Inn in Fort Colins, CO was less than statifing. The check in was nice and easy. We were off to find our room in the smoking section. Once off the elevator the stench of the smoke from the hall way hit you in the face like a brick. The room irronicly enough did not smell like some.... very odd. Our phone did not work. I could pick it up and get a dial tone, however I could not dial out. I had to use my cell phone to call down to the front desk to request some towels. I did explain that the phone in the room was not working and never was given a replacement phone. It was New Years Eve and I understand that everyone was having fun. The morning of New Years Day we went to use the elevator and there was broken glass on the floor of the elevator. Upon leaving the hotel for the day we informed the front desk. We returned late that night to find the broken glass was still all over the elevator floor. It also took the staff two days to vacum up the confetti on the floor from New Years Eve. The best was all of the fire extinguishers and hose on our floor were gone. So much for saftey. The returant was never open although you could order from the bar. The food was greasy and less that appealing.

Room was clean & quiet, lobby & pool area was very clean & neat. Overall the maintenance was lacking [broken enterance door, lock on room wouldn't work, patio door out of plumb, closed at bottom, wide crack at top].

The pool was great and the hotel staff could not have been any nicer. However upon checking in we found out we were in a room that had plumbing problems. The toilet stopped up and would not flush (multiple times) and the shower was broken. No mention was made about moving us to a different room (even though they were the ones that told us that the room - always had plumbing issues on the third trip up to unstop the toilet.) Nor did they give us a discount for how unpleasant the experience was. However, we enjoyed the pool/hot tub area; played the air hockey and the ping pong; and overall slept pretty well. For the price, I guess I can't complain too much.

my family had at least four rooms and I know 3 were very dissatisfied. In our room we had no wash cloths only decaffe coffee and wall paper coming off in many places. The furniture was shabby and drapes falling off rods. the pool was so cold you could not go in and the tile was dirty and loose mortar everywhere. they check us out the second night we were there and our room key would not work.I will never stay at a Ramada every again. Worst exprenice I have ever had with a hotel!!!!!

every thing about hotel was dated and somewhat dirty. they had people living in rooms. we did not feel real comfortable about that.

This hotel was absolutely the worst I have ever seen. There was at least 1/2 inch black soot/dust like substance on the vents, walls, doors...disgusting. The bathtub had mold or some other black substance adhered to the bottom...we showered in flip flops. The place was simply falling apart, and I think they use some rooms as apartments. One elevator was labeled out of order, and the other was unsafe...when we wanted to go down, it went up...everytime! The pool area was nice and big, except that the iron railing surrounding it and a bridge over the pool was rusted and rotting. The wallpaper was hanging of the walls in many areas. We would have moved to another hotel, but this was the only place left. I took pictures of the place to send to corporate, because this place was just horrible. Before we arrived, I planned to book another night, but after seeing the place I did not. I don't believe Ramada Fort Collins would pass any type of inspection.

The pool ans hot tub has flooded prior to our arrival and everything was wet and closed down. we wanted to go swimming during our stay and the workout area is in the pool area so all was not in use. We had light bulbs out in our room, plaster falling off walls, and the place felt deserted, it may have been nice 25 years ago. We tried the restraunt in the hotel, since all the nice restraunts were at least 8 miles away from where we were located, we were the only customers, (the lights were'nt even turned on) there was a cook and a cahsier but you had to wait on yourself and the food was COLD--we wondered how that could be since he had to have just made it. Our other choices were the waffle house or denny's. the rest of our group stayed in nice hotels closer to town. We witnessed fighting and vomiting in the parking lot, our door entered in the parking lot, there was a motor cycle group that apparently ahd a wedding reception there.

Our room was next door to a smoking room, and our room was just like being in a smoking room. We asked to be moved and they did, but that room had problems with it's light fixture above the bathroom sink. We had to take the light bulbs out to turn the light off at night! We told the desk person, but she wasn't interested in our problems.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were only staying for one night, so it was sufficient. We did have some problems with getting the key to work in the door, which sometimes stuck. The vanity sink wouldn't shut off completely, but dripped constantly. The vent in the bathroom was not covered and the tile could use some upgrade or maintenance. The ice machines were not working. But the pool area/game area was nice, and the rest of the hotel seemed very clean. The staff was friendly. I would have liked to seen a lower rate for what the room had to offer.
