Nice rooms, comfortable bed, widescreen TV, amazing complimentary breakfast served daily in the lobby, very friendly and helpful staff.

Decent hotel fairly clean rooms with 42" flat screen LCD TV's. Better than average continental breakfast and friendly staff. I have stayed three times in the past two months and will stay again.

We stayed for a full 7 days and it was the perfect place to be for both the Keys and the Everglades.? Our beds were comfortable and the room had a wide screen TV.? Breakfast was great with bacon and eggs plus waffles and fruit and the basic cereal and breads.? The staff was helpfull when we needed it and there was a computer in the lobby to print our return boarding passes.? It seemed full every day - yet the room was quiet.? No reason to stay anywhere else.

My husband and I were evacuated from the Keys due to a hurricane and had to find one night lodging. We choose the Ramada. The staff upon arrival was very abrupt and did not explain any of the amenities. The room that we received was infested with tiny ants. We did not realize this till late. We reported it the next morning to the staff and did not even get an apology. They indicated that they could not reduce our rate since we booked through a third party. This was one of the worst, if not the worst, hotel rooms that we have ever stayed in.

Breakfast was really good! The room quality was poor. Everything was old except the flat TV.

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada Florida City for four nights - we loved it. The bed had a light, white, fluffy duvet - down comforter (heavenly)! We were poolside so we had sparkling water with palm trees for our view. The staff could not have been friendlier - always greeting us when we came in for breakfast, asking how everything was. The hot breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, and also bagels, fruit, yogurt so good choice of food. The convenience was fantastic! The Everglades entrance was 15 minutes or so, Biscayne even closer, and Key Largo also very near. We were able to drive down to Key West and back and have time to spare (we do like to drive). We also drove up to Miami and South Beach for sightseeing from our Ramada so it turned out to be a great central location. The only negative was the TV - the picture was not clear and it seemed there was nothing that could be done about it.

Great big flat screen TV and free internet access. The breakfast was excellent and free. I got to do a little shopping at the Outlet Mall right next door. Hotel was very convenient for my business needs and easy to find. Very clean and tidy. If I go back to that area in the future I will difinately stay at that Ramada again.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The door to the bathroom was to close the toilet. The breakfast was not very good. the restaurant across from the hotel was fantastic. Overall - the hotel was okay for the price.

The room seems brand new and well equipped. None. The hotel room is quiet although it is next to US 1 (or because we were really tired). Overall, it was a lucky choice!

Hotel was very adequate for our stay. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Would stay again..

Our king room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. Onely 12"" walking room between bed & furniture. Could not close bathroom door without standing in shower! Noise from highway was terrible.

Rooms large, very comfortable. Big LCD TV in room. Hot complimentary breakfast. Rooms are nice. Was probably just remodeled. Location is right at the end of Florida Turnpike on US 1. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close. Free wireless Internet in rooms.

This is not your typical Hampton Inn, I generally stay at Hampton Inn's because of the comfort and customer service. Not at this location, both staff and management failed to address courtesy issues during our stay. If, you are disabled.... please do not stay here.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent! Bathroom is very small. It was just Kay except for the excellent breakfast.

I was half expecting something to go wrong when booking my stay through an online service (I guess I've just had bad experiences before) but it was so very easy and fast. I arrived and they looked me up and gave me my key, I was out of the lobby in 2 minutes flat! The room was big, clean and very well kept. There were those little cards and welcome brochures that made it feel very nice. It was so nice I thought I should be paying more for the room. Check out was really easy too, in and out in 2 minutes. No hassle, no problems. I would definately recommend Hampton Inn.

LCD/Plasma TV in the room. WC door not able to close, not functionable, small bed. Our hotel room was minimalistic. Got a nice TV Flat screen, but only one really small bed for two people. The WC door was damaged.

Location was exactly where we needed it. Floor was dirty. This is exactly what you expect for 1-2 stars. The floors were filthy but the staff was very friendly.

I did like that they had free continental breakfast. Carpets need to be cleaned badly, the hotel is old and run down, rooms/doors/windows are not sound proof at all, pillows are too thick. I felt so unclean and not comfortable at all at this hotel. This hotel needs a complete make-over, or maybe it should just be torn down. The carpets need to be cleaned badly (our feet/socks got so dirty!), the pillows are too thick, the beds were not comfortable. The rooms are dirty and old. I didn't feel safe at all in this hotel. For safety, I didn't feel as if it was a safe area at all. The rooms were not sound proof at all, we heard every sound from outside within our room. The door was very hard to open from inside the room, sometimes I thought that we would be stuck inside the room. I could probably keep going on, but am going to stop.

Allowed us to check in early - refused us a first floor room - had to stay on the second floor - no elevator - we both are handicapped, reasoning for refusal - not all first floor rooms cleaned - we stated we would wait - were told no!
