Continental breakfast. A little run down in the hallway. Hotel was great. The breakfast was good. We only stayed for a few hours (just a pit stop in a long road trip), so we didn't stay long.

I also booked this hotel online and after a 14 hour drive, we were horrified at what we found. We looked at three different rooms, which took the staff 2 hours to accomplish! The rooms were all antiquated and filthy. The bath tubs were rust stained and literally had mold under the bath mat. The furniture was old and dirty. I was offered a discount after talking to a manager on the phone. I would not have stayed there if they payed me. While we were standing in the lobby, we heard two different people come the the desk saying that the room that they had been given was occupied, and one couple asking for light bulbs and tissues. We left and luckily found a room at another hotel, by then it was 11:00p.m. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE, there are numerous other choices in this area that are 1000 times better and the rates are comperable.

The pool had good hours and was not crowded. The breakfast could have had a larger selection and was not very fresh. The hotel was run down. Ceiling tiles sagging, worn out carpet anddiry walls, etc. They spent more money on the lobby than anything else. The beds were pretty comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was disappointing.

Good rate, especially considering special events in the area. Room was very nice and clean. Bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! Most of the staff were very nice and helpful, except for the graveyard shift desk clerk who was rude. Breakfast was not great but okay. The location was convenient to many restaurants and an adjoining TGI Fridays offering room service. Although it's close to the interstate, I wasn't bothered by traffic or noise. Aside from the male desk clerk on graveyard shift, my only complaints are that they might need to invest in new sheets and repair spackling the bathroom a bit: the first night the sheets were very wrinkled which made me wonder, but they seemed clean, hmmm; the next day I asked housekeeping to change the sheets and the clean sheets had tear holes and were worn from age, but clean and not wrinkled. This hotel also allowed pets for a one time fee, rather than a nightly fee as some do. All in all a good stay, and you can feel safe here.

Location. Bathroom was looking old and not as clean as last time we stayed there. Needs upgrading.
Date of Stay:

Power out - no emergency lighting, no phone system. They said there were frequent outages. They threw children's toy glow sticks in the hall for light. When we asked why no emergency lighting they said if we had checked out at 4 am there would have been. Avoid this one!

The bathroom floor was dirty, and the carpet was sticky as well as dirty. The tub had lime scale and the bathmat was stuck to the bottom, but peeling.

I found this hotel online. It was a 3 diamond. Wow! Yeah right. The staff was very unprofessional. I didn't like the hotel at all! On top of that, they tried to make my guest and I stay there anyway! They didn't want to refund us even though we didn't touch anything in the rooms. The air unit had live wires showing. The rooms clean or not looked very filthy. Just imagine if my baby would have found that. This place is the worst hotel I've ever been in. Please stay far far away."

Hotel is a clean and older facility.Seems to be well kept. Could stand to be updated slightly.

Easy access from the interstate. A bit noisy. Overall clean, comfortable and great for a business traveler.

Close to the freeway. Rough neighborhood.

Coffee pot with coffee and ironing board with iron in room. Old putty walls/ceiling. Small TV without remote. This room was like a Super 8, but with coffee in the room. The elevator was barely big enough for 1 person to stand in comfortably. The room was old with old architecture, old putty walls/ceiling, old red carpet, etc. No 24-hour room service. Room service consists of the TGI Fridays menu from 11am to 11pm. It was sufficient for a 1 night business trip, but I would not stay there on a personal/leisure trip.

Close by. No hot water, had to move, next night very noisy. Not worth price, poor rooms, not great breakfast, noisy and dated old.

People were friendly and helpful. Everything else. Room was dingy, bathroom floor dirty and tub had rust stains, tile grout all different colors, air conditioner did not work until it was fixed, refrigerator/microwave did not work, bad power switch, sliding door was really dirty, on both sides, daily maid service was very lacking. Don't stay at this hotel.

Location, Breakfast, Soft bed. Shower was not exactly clean.

The registrar tried to be helpful. Everything. I was first given a room and the key did not work. Repairs need to be made to the doors. The second room I ask for was very dirty. The tub needed repair from rust.

Staff was great. Breakfast was nice but totally carbohydrates. US diabetics could use some protein. Overall it is a good place to sleep if you like your mattress very firm. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff, great dining right at hotel, clean and comfortable room and beds.

It was nice and clean. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. As far as quality this hotel is nice but staff here were not helpful and every time they were asked for help, they gave us different answers and seemed to not enjoy helping us as guests at all. We will not stay at this hotel again due to rude staff.
Date of Stay:

Door key would not work properly after two recoding. No coffeein pot. Noisy at night with kids.
