Nice-sized, up-dated room, awesome beds, fabulous complimentary breakfast and in a very convenient location for all practical purposes. I was pleasantly surprised. Hopefully, all the rooms are as nice as the one we stayed in, but I'm not sure that all have been up-dated.

Clean with friendly staff and lot of restaurants nearby. Small rooms.

Staff and room. I reserved a two bed room. When I checked in the hotel staff said I got a one bed room only. If I want two beds, I need to pay additional $20.00.

Very clean, friendly staff, good location. None. The room was small, but very clean. I like the fact that breakfast was provided.

We loved this hotel! This hotel is a gem and we were extremely pleased with it. Extremely clean, room was spacious, very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location close to subway and a great Murray Hill neighborhood. Small room, the tiny gym doubled as luggage storage.

Clean and quiet. Printer out of ink and desk man could not replace cartridge. Great location for leisure and business travelers.

Excellent location, near great sights and restaurants. The location was great, plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Also close enough to plenty of sights. Staff were courteous, breakfast supplied was great.

All new, very clean, LCD TV, comfortable bed, good service. Nothing to dislike. Rooms are small but that is NYC! Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern, up-to-date equipment in the rooms. Food in the breakfast room was better than expected. Great bread and danish which you would expect in NYC but not always available as a complimentary choice. Also good fresh fruit. The attendant constantly replenished food as needed.

We liked the location, as well as the room itself. It also had a continental breakfast. The elevator was extremely slow. We liked this hotel and would stay there again. It was close to a subway stop and there were some restaurants in the area.

The overall appearance of the hotel and the staff was wonderful. I wish we had a little bit larger room. The moment we entered the hotel, the staff met me with a friendly smile. They were helpful and allowed us to check in early. This was excellent, they addressed my concerns right away. The location was excellent and it allowed for us to be close to major places but far enough from the hustle and bustle. My son and I will make this are place to stay when we come to NY.

The location was perfect for us. The rooms werenice and very large. Elevators were slow. While the building and the lobby are unimpressive, the rooms are a surprise. They're extremely large and furnished tastefully. It looks like they've been recently renovated. The only way you can tell that it is not an upscale hotel is the quality of product in the bathrooms, and the use of plastic cups (which is probably more sanitary anyway). The free breakfast room was sparse, but well stocked and very clean.

Very clean, room attractive, good continental breakfast. Could not understand the hotel staff, they were Indian (from India) and had a thick accent, they were very nice though. This hotel is very clean, had excellent beds, large screen LCDTV in room. They have more selections for continental breakfast than anywhere else I have ever stayed. Staff is willing to help when needed. The cost was very reasonable for such nice accommodations.

The proximity to the Empire State Building. Finding & getting there in my own car was almost impossible, plus $49 for overnight parking down the road. I loved everything about this hotel. I stayed on the 6th floor, with a view of the road. I walked down 3 blocks down to the Empire State Building the night I got here.

Clean, well-decorated rooms, great location, excellent staff, free WiFi. Nothing to say. This will be one of my first choices for a future stay. Good price, great hotel, excellent service. Everything worked, was clean, etc. The hotel appears to have been recently (and very tastefully) redone inside. The previous night was I was at a more upscale, fashionable hotel, with fancier decor, but this one was better, hands down. Nicer, larger rooms, and a better location. I was very, very pleased!

Tempur Pedic Mattress. Very good hotel. Especially at holiday time. Please let people know that the hotel is adjacent to India Town so if you love Indian cuisine like I do, you'll think you died and went to heaven!

The bed was comfortable. Leaking ice machine located next to the room. We really liked the hotel. It was a nice location in a decent price range. I would recommend it to anyone. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and nice design, no bad surprises. Rooms could use better isolation from outside noise. No fuss clean and nicely situated hotel. Nothing extraordinary but no bad surprises.

The complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast and the Tempurpedic mattress, good location, nice coffee shop next door, good brunch places around. Rude front desk girl, slow elevator, only 2 ice machines, room was pretty small, but pretty nice & clean.

Close to everything. Nothing, it was great. It was plesant we had a great time.
