The room was large, The bathroom counter trim was bowing from the adhesive. The window was so filthy that you could barely see out of it. THe resturant was very poor quality and the hotel was more geared to the sports bar than food service. No suitcase stands. The TV remote after te batteries were replaced barely worked. You had to stand within 3 feet of the TV for it to work. It was easier to change channnels at the set. The channel selection was very poor. The location is excellent with shopping, eateries and movie cinemas within a 100 yards of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accomidating.

I liked the prompt way they cleaned the room. I did not like the overall customer service. I was disappointed that I had to ask for a room with a sofa sleeper in it. Also, I did not get the king size bed that I was promised. My husband had the hotel compensate us by giving us a microwave and a refrigerator.

I stayed at this Ramada for my brothers wedding. Under construction is an understatment. The lobby and common areas were 100 degrees. Our room was wrong. It took hours to get extra pillows and towels. The foldout bed was not made up until we did it a 11:30 at night for our children. The only person that knew what customer service meant was the man who delivered the sheets to us at night. Suprising for a chain hotel.

Shower was terrible...matress was old...A/C was great...location is on a one way road with left turn from right lane only...welcome to Jersey. Miami Bar was under remodeling...and looked like it. Good location...if you like shopping at Target! Go back again...I don't think so!

Hotel is neat and clean but nothing fancy. There is almost always a little something not quite right. One stay the drain stop is missing from the sink, the next the TV remote needs batteries, the next a light isn't functioning. But all-in-all a decent place for the price.

The ramada Conference Center East Hanover/Parsippany was a great treat for my budget. I stayed there for my birthday weekend and enjoyed myself to the fulllest in the lounge area. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean. I needed more towels so, I called the front desk, and they brought them to me, pronto. They gave us directions. I would certainly stay at the Ramada Conference Center in EastHanover/Parsippany again.

Convenient and price is right. The shower heads are always broken, but they fix them. The hotel is clean and the staff does work with you. Lately it been hard to get a reservation.

Of curse the price was abut half I could get otherwise. Food excellent both the free breakfast and the sports bar. Staff was warm and helpful. The area it is located on a divided road where there are no left turns, that was horrible. Want to stay at a convenient clean and moderately paced hotel in the Livingston, new jersey area, stay at Ramada east Hanover. You will be happy you did. It is not only clean and comfortable, while not extravagant or romantic; it is a very good deal for the money. You have al that is required for comfortable business travel including free internet in your room and great food.

Location. Room quality is like cheap motel rooms. I was placed to a room that was even worse than a 4th class motel room with non-working a/c. The engineer came over to fix it. I had them change my room. It is should be rated as one star hotel or motel considering the quality, furniture and equipments in the room. Needs lot of improvement.

Complimentary breakfast. Unreliable hot water supply. Poor internet access. Overall I like the Ramada. It is convenient and meets the needs of the business traveler. I do think that they need to sort out the internet access, however. Internet access is extremely important to business travelers. Reliable hot water is always appreciated too!

The public areas are ok. The rooms are terrible and the staff is aloof. The smoking rooms smelled like a wet ashtray, the non-smoking rooms smelled like mold, old, uncomfortable bed, small TV with poor channel selection, tepid hot water, and crummy non-adjustable shower head.
Date of Stay:
December, 2006
Everything. Nothing. Will be very good when the construction will be done.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was old - in process of renovation, poor parking. Room was old and not very pleasant, remote control broken on TV. Parking not great, had to walk pretty far in the rain. Close to shopping/restaurants which is a plus The breakfast was great in the morning.

Room. The doors are not sealed and it's noise from above floor. It's good hotel for construction guys.

People were very nice and helpful. Hotel very clean. Breakfast started at 6.30 am. should start at 6 am. Very accommodating, clean. located in an area with many restaurants and misc. shopping. I will most definitely stay again when I come back up to this area.

Proximity to my work location. Starting to show wear & tear since last remodel. The hotel was kept clean and the staff was helpful. The property is starting to show some wear since its last remodel in 2000. For example, the HVAC unit sounded like it had tin cans loose inside.

cleanliness, location, friendliness, reputation bathroom small, consider a pocket door because door blocks shower...no ventilation fan in bathroom. Bathroom outdated (but clean)!! Been there before, and would go again!

TV remote did not work properly, shared the floor with 2 bus loads of teens that were there to picket Philip Morris share holders meeting. Bad timing for my stay.

Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel's decor is a little dated. The hotel is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The small refrigerators in the rooms is a big plus.
Date of Stay:

Low Price Feels Old They insist that this hotel was recently remodeled, but you can not tell from the looks.
