We chose the perfect time to come up to Flagstaff. We come up to Flagstaff 4 or 5 times a year and stay at other motels. I must say this hotel is definetly the best quality. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfy. At check in the front desk was friendly and fast. I would definitely tell people to stay here because it is such a good value, especially compared to the other hotels.

Flagstaff is a georgous little city. The hotel was easily located and close to lots of attractions. The front desk suggested all kinds of places to visit and eat at. They did a wonderful Job. 5 Stars! The rooms were very comfortable. Our favorite place was the Sedona. Lots of nice pics.

The Hotel Exterior is decieving. The outside of the building looks older, but was very clean and neat. Once we walked into the lobby it was very nice. The desk clerk was very friendly and checked us into our room fast. The rooms were nicer than most other hotels. Everything was very comfortable in the rooms and we had an excellent sleep. The beds were amazing. We would definetly recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and myself went to Flagstaff to spend Valentines weekend up in the mountains. Flagstaff was perfect. We enjoyed the mountain atmosphere and snow. THe hotel STAFF was awesome. He suggested some excellent sleding slopes that only the locals go to. It wasn't so crowded like all of the others. After our day was over we had a wonderful room. The rooms were very nice. We really enjoyed the 5 Fluffy pillows on king bed. If anyone is going to Flagstaff, they should stay here because it is definetly a good deal for the money.

I am not one to normally write reviews but this stay was pretty bad. The place may have been renovated but the staff could care less about the shape it is in. When we arrived the sheets had what looked like boogers and sex fluids on them. Disgusting. But worse, when I complained, the folks at the counter seemed to think this was not an unusual occurrence! Adding to the disgusting factor-- 1) this is in a noisy location with trucks going by at all hours, 2)though I specifically checked before booking that they had wireless, in fact wireless was not available for any of the five days I stayed there (it was "down"). And again, the staff was hardly even apologetic and 3) the walls between rooms are extremely, extremely thin. We could hear everything the folks next to us did. We were lucky in that we and they seemed to be out of the room most of the time and we both slept at normal hours, but walls that thin could easily be a major problem. Even if they had been watching TV at night we would have heard it as though it was in our room. I would definitely not stay here again. I am not a super picky person when it comes to hotels/motels. I usually pick a cheap hotel and accept that it is a cheap hotel, but this place was gross, poorly built, malfunctioning and had a rude, uncaring staff. Though I think of Ramada as a better name than Super 8 or some other low budget motels, don't expect typical Ramada quality from this joint. There are several other hotels in Flagstaff in this price range. Pick one of the others.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Too close to train tracks, not enough parking. Located in middle of Flagstaff. Close to NAU and downtown area. Easy access off I-40 and I-17.

Stayed for 1 night - Seemed fairly clean - lot of the chanels on the tv were not real clear - wall are very thin! Had a hard time sleeping all nite long - can hear everything - train goes all nite long - can hear all traffic! Will say the beds were comfortable but too much noise!

This was an excellent hotel for the price we paid. The holiday inn next door wanted 40 more for a room and this hotel was just as nice or nicer. They had great staff who were friendly and helpful and the rooms were new and so comfortable. It was a great value.

Affordable. 10 to 15 trains at 2 AM, 1/4 mile away. Decent hotel, very poor location due to night noise.

The scenery. The dilapidated conditions of the hotel overall. The rooms need several repairs and they need bigger plates to eat waffles on. The toilets have been painted instead of replaced and the towel bar fell off the wall.

I stayed at the Ramada for a night and I found out that the hotel was newly rennovated. I loved the new beds, bedding, and pillows. I had a great sleep. In the morning I stopped by the breakfast expecting basic stuff and found a variety of items. The staff was nice and friendly and very helpful in directions. I also used their business center to print e-mail confirmations. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone.
