The hotel was nice and clean. Very close to Space Needle and a short tram ride to other good locations. Was an overall good stay. I wanted room service in evening but resturant was closed 6:00pm. Wished they had a pool.

We stayed here for four nights in August. It's a Ramada Inn so I wasn't expecting much, I just wanted a clean safe place to stay while we did the tourist thing. From the start I was surprised at how disappointed I was even though my expectations were very low. The hallways had a musty/moldy odor, the soda machine was out of order, the ice machines were out of order. The bathroom had mold and dustballs on the wall behind the door, as if the maids had never looked behind it. The toilet ran for a good 5-10 minutes after flushing. The coffee maker STILL HAD COFFEE in it from the previous guest. I cleaned it myself. The next morning I made coffee but the machine got jammed and coffee spilled all over the sink. I used the towels to try to mop it up and we left to sight-see. When we returned the coffee had only been half-heartedly mopped up, with some coffee puddles still on sink. Besides the cleaning issues, the hotel was quiet, we had a great view of downtown from our window, it was VERY conveniently located (we were able to walk to Seattle Center, Space Needle and Pike Place Market), and had a very large comfortable lobby with a big screen TV that many guests came to watch the Olympics on in the evenings. There was also a computer in the lobby with free internet access for guests. It was located in a reasonably safe area and had many eating places nearby - but not many were open after 6pm. There is a good cafe and a donut shop right across the street.

This was my fist trip to Seattle, and I wasn't disappointed with the Ramaada. The staff was friendly, the room clean and since we went to a concert that was just a few blocks away, the location was perfect. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

The noise related to the monorail. I was somewhat disappointed in the hotel. It was noisy - We could not adjust the air conditioner. The toilet did not flush right. The hallway was quite hot. The only plus was the hotel front office staff.

WiFi was not working, after I complaint I got 3times the answer, that I didnt book direct with RAMADA so they dont care. I got the feeling, that I'm a bad customer because I come from online travel website.

We liked the price and location of the hotel. With the location came a lot of noise from the tram system as it was right outside our window. Good hotel if on a budget. Close to space-needle, pike market, etc. Sheets are rough and I left with abraded elbow.

The room has been remodeled, however, the ceiling and walls haven't and you can tell. The room was very muggy and smelled horrible. I did not feel comfortable AT ALL. There were bars on the windows and that should have been my first sign. My Fiancee and I stayed for the night, obly because we got in late. We checked out right away the next morning and went to the Warwick a block away where it was not only cheaper, but EXTREAMLY nice, especially compared to this place.

"If you are willing to settle for a 2+ star hotel within walking distance of most downtown sites, this is an OK place. Put up with a less-than-clean carpet and spend the savings on sightseeing or dining. Room was clean, service was fair to good."

The room was comfortable and the shower was very nic and very handicap accessible for my husband who had hip surgeries. I would have liked free continental breakfast option. We went to the attached restaurant but thought the price of breakfast was too high.

Convenient location. Maid service wasinadequate. Room security wasquestionable because lock had been removed. Great location within walking distance of great food and tourist attractions such as Pike St. Market, Space Needle, and Seattle Aquarium. Good on a budget.

"Hotel was conveniently located and at least in the ""not too scary"" area. Floors were dirty and they charged for parking (I believe most in the area do) and $1.50 for the safe whether you wanted it or not. You could ask for the money back when you left--but this is bad business. Next Ramada that treats me this way and Ramada is off the list."

Hotel was in a great location, right next door to Top Hat Donuts. Close to everything. Hotel price was great! Computer access was free. They held our bags without a problem. Bed was comfortable. Easy stay.
