The room is so dirty and the bed are so small. We didn't feel comfortable to stay there. Even though we booked for three days, we left after stayed one night.

I live in Las Vegas, Nv, and I guess when you come from a tourist town, you think a hotel of the same name is comparable. Definitely not the case! Although the staff were reasonably knowledgeable and courteous, the hotel was old, carpets dirty, and not very clean. There were open beer bottles in the hall, and the weather stripping on the bottom of the doors was coming off! I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Also, housekeeping never cleaned my room once during my entire stay (4 days). I was busy in meetings all day, and I admit I did have clothes all over the bed, but does that prevent one from cleaning the floors, vacuuming, or at least cleaning the tub?????!!!!! Oh, and check in isn't until 3pm, and check out is at 11:00am. Most hotels are at noon, and give the option of a late check out! This hotels late check out was 11:30am! At least they held my luggage until my flight left!

Paid for parking and there was very limited! It is not very friendly to have guests pay for parking and then not offer limited places to park. It was very inconvenient.

Friendly staff; courteous, helpful staff. Old hotel but clean, sheets didn't fit the bed, kept coming out from under mattress(not fitted);painting when we were there...Good breakfast in the mornings...airplane, traffic(large trucks) noise early mornings...loud guest noise late at nite, young partiers rented a room and had friends over....within walking distance of many interesting shops....Would stay again if nite noise would be taken care of....

Older hotel but very clean. Staff very helpful & courteous plus prompt pickup from the airport. Within walking distance of good dining & shopping & at a great rate compared to others in the area. Couldn't ask for more! Won't hesitate to stay again.

Our son is stationed at Elmendorf AFB. This hotel was really close to the base and downtown. It was a perfect location for us.

It was equiped . Like most hotels it takes time to convert to a LCD or DLP though it did have a 27" TV. It's a quick easy launch on the town and enough parking. I hate paying for parking!

Only stayed two nights, the night we arrived and the night we left. So did not actually spend a great deal of time here. But, the staff were outstanding. Pleasant and very, accommodating, eager to help. The rooms were clean, and very satisfactory. There were signs of wear, my husband noticed duct tape on the floor in the hall where the edge of the carpet was coming up. The hotel was always full. The continental breakfast was good with some hot items such as biscuits and gravy and waffles. The location was nice because it was close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

stayed while waiting for return plane. was there 8 hours and the customer service was great. we wanted to be downtown and it really is not. so we didn't get to sight see at all. but other than that it was great. would stay there again. loved the moose and fire place in the lobby. we did order a pizza and after 50m min. called and they had no record of our order

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful; the room is clean and comfortable. Overall everything is good, especially near to the scenic drive. I will choose to stay there again and I like to recommend the hotel to my friends.

We stayed only overnight before a scheduled land/cruise package. This hotel was convenient (about 3 blocks from the major shopping/dining strip) but not quite in the "heart" of downtown, but it provided a nice stroll. The staff was terrific and couldn't have been more accommodating. A plus is free pick up and delivery to the Anchorage airport. They were even nice enough to drop us at our next hotel for free! A nice complimenatry breakfast is included. The hotel is older, but has been nicely maintained. Not fancy, but clean. It's also in a good neighborhood, something some other choices seemed to lack. A good value for the money and we would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Free WiFi. We had to park in back with no entrance andhad to walk around building. The hotel was fine. There was free WiFi which was nice. The room was clean and smelled nice. The only problem I had was having to park in the back and no entrance or exit; we had to walk around the building to get in.

The hotel staff was excellent and so friendly! When we needed service, like luggage stowing or shuttle transportation, they were very accomodating. This was definitely the most hospitable hotel I have been to in a long time.

Nothing. Run down, dirty, loud - next to the train station. This was one of the worst hotels I stayed in. The hotel was in disrepair, dirty, loud, major traffic and trains. Way over priced

At the Ramada downtown in Anchorage it was very nice. The rooms were smaller then expected but the town made up for it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that ever come to Anchorage. I loved the hotel staff. The staff told me of things to do in town and where to go to see animals. They also informed me that you should have extra things in the car if you are to break down and overall I loved my stay here.

Nice continental breakfast. The bed was so small my feet hung off the end. Worst night of sleepI ever had. Ididn't like the location or the room. I'm a solo traveler andI got a room with 2 beds. That made it uncomfortably tight spaced. The bed was so short my feet hung over the end. I'm only 6 feet tall.

The staff was nice and eager to help, although they were texting and following the football game on their phones when I approached the desk. The room was clean and basic and was stocked with all of the essentials. The breakfast was way more than I was expecting, it was GREAT! The gym is fine and I was the only one I ever saw actually use it. The only complaint I really have is with the business center. The computers/internet were painfully slow and even crashed at one point. I was REALLY counting on that business center and I had to make other arrangements while I was in town to get my work done. They have recently remodeled and it looks pretty good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in town needing a good, basic room. Noting luxurious but it did the job! Oh, also, no room service or on-site restaurant.
