We were there mainly because we were visiting family members. We were very comfortable but we noticed an odor either of cigarette smoke or staleness when we first arrived. It was cleared up after a little while when we ran the air conditioner.

It was very enjoyable stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. They just recently renovated both inside and outside of the hotel and it looked great. I especially liked their new restaurant. We tried the breakfast buffet with omelet and a steak dinner. Both meals were exceptional. I still can believe that much food for such reasonably priced buffet

It was clean and had a pool. The pool was much too cold! My family and I stayed for the second time at this hotel and found the room to be clean and well appointed. One bed could have used a new mattress, but we were pleased with the accommodations.We travel with our children were looking for a hotel with a pool, however, for both of our visits, it was absolutely too cold to enjoy! Very disappointing! We will not be staying here again.

This is not your typical Holiday Inn. Although the rooms were nice, one of the reasons we choose this hotel was because they had an indoor pool. Big disappointment! The pool is only 3' deep, was cold, and is very poorly lit. We will NOT be staying here again.

Our hotel room was very dirty, the mirrors were filthy, the carpet looked dirty, the toilet and shower were even dirty! I was afraid to shower there and slept in a long sleeve shirt and pants because the room was so gross. The room was dated and the heat/air unit was falling apart but functional. I would never advise anyone to stay there, and for the amount we paid for one night, I am still angry :(

It was OK hotel. Carpets smell bed, look and feel cheap. Except the rooms that are OK (clean and large) everything out of the room is not inviting. For travelers that are out early with late arrival it is not bed.

Relatively convenient location. Very stinky, smelly hotel. The location of the hotel was fine, although at a rather busy intersection for such a small town. The hotel was very smelly, and our room reeked of old ashtrays and musty odors. It almost knocked you down whenever you walked into the room.

Cleanliness. Beds are very uncomfortable. Husband and I had a backache all the next day. Our room was clean, although overpriced. The "heated" indoor pool was not heated. We chose this hotel because of an activity for the kids but it was too cold to swim. Restaurant dinner was very good. Mushroom soup, not good.

Good location to my needs, comfortable. Should have had senior citizen discount. In requesting you're information you need to ask about senior discounts and accommodations otherwise this hotel was as expected and served my needs.

One or two of the staff were helpful, the rest were not. Disrepair everywhere. Failing toilet seats, mold etc. I had been to this Holiday Inn approx 10 years ago and it was very nice. This time I was surprised to see it in the state it was. It changed to a Ramada Inn while we were there, apparently Holiday Inn dumped it.

Location off 81. Mold & must in the room. It took 2 days to get rid of the headache I got from the mold & must in the room. Maintenance & management should know that you cannot paint over mold & mildew on the ceiling above the shower! The ancient light fixture in the bathroom was filthy & rusting and the mirror was chipped in several places. I had a horrible night sleep because the bed was terrible too! I would never stay at this hotel again!

Room was very nice. We were treated like any other guest. The appetizer at the restaurant was so bad we decided not to eat breakfast there in the morning. Great hotel. Very clean. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Nice embiance at casual restaurant/bar. The restaurant food was really NOT good, and the service left something to be desired (couldn't find our waiter when we wanted new drinks). Eat elsewhere and the place is great!

Friendly staff and very clean and spacious rooms. Absence of a continental breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located for ravel on i-81. The club rooms are spacious, very clean and ideal for the business traveler with a working desk and easy connection to the internet.

Nothing. Everything, pull it from your list. Terrible. Dirty, old, worn-down. I will never stay there again. Soured me on Holiday Inn, cannot believe they have not kept the place up.
