The location was good for us. Could have clean the room better.

Dirty dirty dirty; bedspreads did not fit beds; noisy (freeway AND other travelers). I remember when Ramada was a quality brand. Sad.

Upon checking in to a non-smoking room, the room reeked of smoke and the carpet was filthy. The clerk nicely moved me to another room that did not smell as bad and the carpet was not quite as dirty. The internet did not function-- (I could connect buy not make it work) but the clerk said it was intermittent and knew nothing about trouble-shooting it. The next morning , the desk person did help me find directions to a meeting place by Mapquesting ... but it took her 15 minutes to get her internet up. The continental breakfast was disappointing (two of the juices ran out) with a poor fruit selection. This Ramada was really a no-tell motel. Despite the cheap price I would not stay there again SU

This is an old Motel and needs a major overhall. The carpeting is dirty and needs to be replaced. The bathrooms has never seen any type good old scrubbling in a long time. Don't be supprised to see the same clerk all the time, she nice but evry over worked.

Customer service. This was a horrible hotel. The lobby was dirty and unkempt. They did not have control over the guests and we found someone in our room when we arrived. We had to drive 15 miles away to find a low cost room in a safe neighborhood. Staff has not returned my calls to complain about experience.

I had problems with my hotel and didn't realize I could do anything about it because I booked with online travel website . The water was cold and they didn't do anything. I complained for two days before I was moved. Then the last morning they forgot my wake up call should have been in the new room number. I missed my taxi to the airport. By the time a second taxi arrived I almost missed the flight home. It was not a hotel I would stay at again. If I had made the reservation I would have either moved or asked for money or nights back. Now I know I still had alternatives even with online travel website .

Our carpet was wet and the AC did not work. The carpet had apparently been wet cleaned before just before we got there and the AC never worked even after a maintenance person supposedly repaired. This should not happen.

This was a terrible experience! The room was dirty, towels were not replaced and when we went to the front desk the employees were rude! I paid alot of money for this room and it was horrible. Would have had a better say at Motel 6 for *.

Price. I was not able to take a hot shower during my entire stay. I would not recommend this hotel for most people. The towels were all stained. There was no hot water the entire weekend. And the continental breakfast was subpar.

It was not clean and well-kept. I did not feel safe.

The location was very desirable. The hotel staff did not manage the late night noise from the bus trip of students. Also did not manage the early morning noise of the students. This was a pretty good stay for an overnight. Nothing fancy just the basics. The continental breakfast was decent. Rooms in rear of hotel should be avoided as you will get a lot of traffic noise from the highway. I would stay there again for a short stay due to the location.

We have always stayed in cheap hotels in our years of travel, but, this is the last year with our daughter before she goes to college, so we wanted a classt hotei, I should've stayed in a cheap motel!!! The male counter was very rude. We were told that our room would be ready by 1:00PM, when I arrived with my family he said, no way, you'll wait until 3PM!! There was no fitness center as is advertised on their web-site, there was no coffee available, I had to walk to the Waffle House for coffee, the two counter, one male and one female, were lazy. It took a nice housekepper to tell this man that she had just turned in two keys, which he seemed upset that she said that. I have reservations at a Ramada Inn in Nebraska in Septenber, I'm seriously thinking of changing hotels!! For every hotel I've stayed at, I've had nothing but praise for them, I'm sorry that this is my first bad review. I would not reccomend this hotel for a family, the room was much smaller than the picture indicates. I do, howeverm praise the housekeepers for their grat work in keeping the rooms clean. The counter staff needs training in dealing with the public.

It was very convenient to activities. Ran out of continental breakfast not enough staff. Overall, good for my purpose.

Lots of mildew in the shower/tub. Lots! The sheets were never changed. There were never enough towels and they did not replace the washcloths. The outside of the building and corriders were very dirty. Pool was surprisingly okay. Convenient location but there are a lot of other hotels in the area and we'll stay elsewhere next time.

They did a good job in planning a sound buffer from the freeways. It is attractive to drive up to. They did not know how to use a vacuumed and used to much deodorant in the room.

"This was a good place to stay for our long weekend trip. The room was clean. Bed pretty comfortable. Towels changed 2 of the 3 days we were there, which was ok"
