We used the subway system a lot to get around and they were super at shuttling us to and from the subway station. Would even make extra trips in or extra stops if we needed. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel during the day so it would have been nice to be in an indoor pool for the kids, but they always had a lifeguard on duty while the pool was open and it was a nice pool. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were even able to get a fridge and microwave when we had too many leftovers one night at no cost! The rooms were a little small and the beds were small as well, but the beds were very comfortable.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The noise from the hallway and doors slamming constantly. Bring earplugs if you wish to sleep!

I stayed and I must say the experience was horrible. On Feb 25 '09 the night was pretty cold in Boston and our room was freezing because the heating was very bad, it kept on blowing but it was cold air. The whole night me and my wife couldn't sleep due to the room temperature. Our next day in Boston was shortened because we were very tired. The magnetic key and room door knob was hard to access. The bed was sinking in the middle because it was too soft, very uncomfortable. I would never go back.

Just stayed for the night while attending a baseball game but hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Shuttle to/from airport was convienent and on-time.Will stay there again when in Boston area.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only. I specifically chose this hotel because of its complementary shuttle service. The shuttle bus driver picked us up from JFK station and brought us to the hotel. I must say that for the money I paid I was expecting a much nicer room. It was not dirty but it was a little old. The complementary breakfast was great. And the shuttle bu is very reliable.

The picutres this hotel uses get customers to stay is a bit deceiving. The room was outdated and stunk. Just nasty! Nothing is within walking distance and it takes time to get to the subway. The staff wasn't that friendly and it seemed to bother them when you had questions or needed assistance. I would stay somewhere else. Not worth the money!

We were attending our son's Thesis show at Boston University. We were very pleased with the housekeeping staff! Our coffee pot was broken and it did not get replaced. The location was good considering the price, which we were able to afford! The breakfast was very well done and staff was pleasant. We would stay here again!

Location to Boston and Metro. The shower was not clean and the staff in the am when we noticed it did not seem to care. The overall experience was ok. It would have been better that we not had a dirty shower that we didn’t notice till 4:45 am the next morning!

I was traveling alone meeting relatives. The shuttle picked me up at the airport after I called and pointed out points of interest as well as restuants in route to the hotel as well as explaining the shuttle. I found the hotel staff friendly and very helpful I wouldn't hesitatle again to visit Boston alone

Hotel experience was overall good...just surprised how small rooms were for the price we paid. Room was not verly clean we had cob webs on ceiling corners and carpets appeared grungy. Appreciated the staff who were more than helpful and professional. Great breakfast room which was a nice surprise and incredible selection! Very clean and nicely presented.

This hotel as wonderful. The shuttles service to the airport and subway was great! Also a great free breakfast to save $$$. They also held my luggage til the afternoon on the day a checked out. Very friendly service. Would stay here again.

It was an okay place to stay. Unfortunately the staff was not very knowledgeable and provided inconsistent information. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. It provided excellent tranportation - a shuttle to/from the airport and the subway, always very prompt.

the bus service the hotel gave us the very best free transportation to andfrom airport and to train station to boston and back allso to hospitol and back all day long all the food in the morning free never stayed at a hotel with all the food and stay at the ramada inn boston you wont believe all the food in the morning eggs to everything try it you will love it best i ever recieved
