I stayed here for 5 nights, & should have left after 1. The room I was in had a bathroom with dirty/stained grout in the tile floor. Also, the water pressure was poor. When I mentioned the bathroom floor to the night manager he said he'd have maintenence look at it the next morning, but he never even asked my room number. The reason I was even talking to him was because the desk clerk acted like it was an imposition to have to hear my complaint.

The Ramada Raleigh-Blue Ridge was ideal for us based on the location-right across from the RBC center where we like to hit the occassional hockey game. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, the rooms were adequate, and beds were comfortable. the only problem we experienced was with the door cards. The first 4 we received were defective which the hotel manager immediately looked after for us. All hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. They have a free breakfast bar with plenty of items. We opted to a sit down breakfast and the menu was certainly sufficient. You could also have chosen the buffet which took place after 10:00. Overall our stay was satisfying. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that was looking to attend a function at the RBC Center.

Access to work, restaurant on site. Dirty glasses outside room when arrived and left. Attractive facility with nice courtyard and open air atmosphere.

Central location from Durham, chapel hill, and downtown Raleigh. The bed was too hard. The food was a little on the strange side. This hotel would be good if you are in and out in one day. I wouldn't recommend it for someone looking to stay a week or so. It's a bit overpriced in my opinion for just a bed and a few channels of cable. But the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The food from the hotel restaurant was not so good. The meat was over cooked each time, the salads were mushy, and there were ants in the salt shaker.

Staff was incompetent and the coffee pot in the room did not work and none was available in the lobby. The morning clerk was unconcerned that my coffee pot did not work and I had a required early departure to meet my business schedule. He also gave me the wrong statement 2 times when I checked out and I finally had to leave without one in order to meet my schedule.

Very nice inside, better than it looked from outside. I don't consider this to be in the Crabtree area. It was a very nice Ramada. Probably better for business travelers than families.

Location, nice and clean. Beds were comfortable queen size! Would recommend this hotel. In a very nice location near the mall and NCSU/down town Raleigh. Nice breakfast buffet and a dining room if you choose to order off the menu. Rooms were clean and nice queen size beds.

Location. Room was non-smoking. But reeked of smoke residue. Poor. Showers ed. Water went from scalding hot to ice cold without moving the knob. No water pressure. Taking a shower was a nightmare. The room reeked of smoke from years of smoking in it. The heater unit was too loud to sleep with. The iron was filthy and rusty. The toilet sounded like it ran all night.

Lovely decor, excellent location. Not enough restaurant staff. Decor, room layout, exercise room were quite good. location was easy to find. waiter in restaurant was very helpful, but overworked. lovely courtyard, quiet and inviting.
