the new granite counter top on the bathroom sink looks better than the old ones! Very classy!! Who ever put those in did an excellent job!! It looks like it was built tough and that it will last along time!! still need some work on some of the wall paper trim. The cleaning ladies needs to do a better job of throughly cleaning!! Thks!!

I had gone through orbitz.com online and reserved my room. I was nervous about booking anything online but when I showed up to the hotel the staff was not only friendly but my reservations were correct. When I had questions or needed something they came right away to assist me. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again! Next time in the summer so i could swim :)

The rooms were very dirty, and they smelled so bad that you could not stay in the rooms for any length of time.

The bathroom was filthy especially the ledge around the sink, the hairdryer electric cord, the skirt infront of the sink and the tissue holder, the back of the bathroom door as well as behind the bathroom door. We washed the ledge around the sink and the wash cloth was BLACK. We showed the cloth to the Manager; he talked with the housekeeping staff who came to reclean. They did not clean the areas we reported and we tried to show them. They only recleaned the sink and toilet and they started to re-vacuum, but we had said nothing about the floors. Even the next day, the reported areas were not cleaned. Also one ash tray was not empty the next day. In addition the mattress are in great need of being replaced. On check out. the Front desk staff did deduct only 25.00 fron the bill.
