Staff was fine along with the room. I did have the worst glass of orange juice ever though. Skip the orange juice and you will be fine.

The free shuttle service to the light rail at the airport to get into the city. Not enough towels or soap. Generally good for the price. No frills but that's what we wanted, we were on a definite budget this summer.

Hotel charged our credit card on top of the onlin etravel website charge and was very rude when we found the error. Every staff person we encountered during our 1 night stay was extremely rude and offered little help. The room was way to small to cost what it did. Just about the only thing we enjoyed about the hotel was the comfort of the bed. The attitude and rude behavior of the staff was enough for us to never want to come back.

It was a nice property near the airport. My only complaint would be wash your vans - had bad words written in the dust. The one transportation driver was a little chatty - too much information. The Front Desk Staff very friendly and helpful.

I went for an adoption coference and I was need a near hotel. I choosed the best , very confortable, clean and very near to the atractions and airport and car rentals. I enjoyed my trip

...but not necessarily a "great" place to stay as others have written. The location is not bad, though you have to wonder through a light industrial park to get from the highway to the hotel (you can see the hotel from the highway, but the access is not direct). As a note, beware of the railroad crossings on the roads, as they can be rough on a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in very good shape, and clean. There are all the expected conveniences, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a ground floor room, which wasn't the best location in the hotel; but still, the room was good. The hotel is in a direct flight path to the airport, so planes are flying overhead almost all day long and well into the evening. They are high enough to where the noise is minimal, and didn't disturb us at all; but some may find it a bit annoying. Other than the restaurant in the hotel, you will have to drive to anywhere you eat. Arundel Mills is not far way, and offers plenty of shopping and dining, though the place is packed on the weekend. And speaking of packed, the one downside of this hotel is they apparently have some deal worked out for parking with the airport, where you can leave your car and take a shuttle. The problem is, many evenings we would come back to the hotel to find the parking lot nearly full. It would be nice if they would designate one area for quests and the rest for the shuttle service. All in all, a good place to stay if that is all your are looking for.

The Ramada BWI Airport Arundel Mills was very comfortable; a great location almost equidistant to Annapolis, Baltimore, and D.C. (30 to 40 minutes). Located close to what looked like an office park, the traffic was almost nonexistent on the weekend and allowed easy access to the interstate. Parking was limited, expecially in the evening. Not sure whether that was due to non-hotel visitors at the restaurant or some evening meeting event in the hotel. When I called housekeeping about a sticky spot on the floor that appeared to be chewing gum, they assured me it would be taken care of the next day and it was. The fact that the room had lots of extra pillows also was nice. My only complaint would be that at non-busy times, the folks working the main desk would gather in the office behind the main desk and almost act like it was an imposition for me to approach and ask a question. Once I did get their attention, however, they were very helpful. Other than the restaurant at the hotel, we weren't able to find other eating establishments closer than 10-15 minutes away.

My stay at the Ramada was the first for this hotel and I must say it was very comfortable,clean and everyone fom the shuttle van driver to the front desk host was friendly and very helpful.

Nothing. Everything. We could not get sheets for the bed until 2:30pm-the printer was broken so we could not get our boarding passes--the hotel was very disorganized.

I liked this hotel very much. When I checked in, the manager greeted me at the desk and told me that if I needed anything that he would be more than happy to help. This hotel is not only really nice inside, but their customer service is great as well. I really appreciated the service that this hotel offered

Convenient to BWI airport. Price of hotel. The hotel is in serious need of renovations. The rooms and hallways need painted. The fitness room was outdated and did not have the air conditioning on. The only reason for choosing this hotel is for the park and fly program, I would not choose it for a special overnight stay.

I traveled from Florida with my family of 5 to visit some relatives in Baltimore. I really enjoyed my stay and what I liked was that while I was visiting my brother, my family went over to the mall down the street. The mall gave them sonething to do while I was with my brother. I like this hotel and I would stay at this property in the future. The stay was extremely pleasant ! Use this property.

Service/Staff was very friendly, room was beautiful and clean, comfy bed, food was excellent. Minor flaws.. TV clicker not working, not all lights functional, shower water could have been hotter. Overall, a great value, close to BWI Airport. Would book again, and highly recommend.

Unfriendly and curt staff. The location of the hotel from the airport is not very convenient, since you are dependent on the shuttle. Also, if you wish to travel around and therefore use the hotel shuttle for the same, they are not very encouraging about, in fact, quite curt. Breakfast is given at ungodly hours of 4.30 to 6.30, making it of no use to others. We found the staff quite uncooperative and very rude during our stay of a night with them! Would not recommend for families since it completely gets your mood off to be given such treatment.
