Hard to reach hotel by phone during the day to tell them we would arrive very late - called 10 times with no answer, called operator to make sure number was correct and it was. Finally reached them around 5:00 p.m. Motel was clean, bed very comfortable and it was quite. Would stay again.

Unpleasant smell and shower was very dirty.

I only stayed in the room to sleep, and found the king size bed to be quite comfortable. I had all the little extras available to me that I needed. I had a non-smoking room and did appreciate the fact that I could not smell the smoking rooms anywhere near mine. The continental breakfast was adequate and just enough to get me going in the morning (saved me money on breakfast). I do wish it had a fitness facility. That is the only thing in my opinion that it was lacking. Very affordable and overall I would rate it Good-Very Good.

The beds were fabulously comfortable, the bathroom was recently remodeled, and beautiful. Daily maid service was good - we always returned to neat beds and clean towels. The refrigerator worked very well, but the microwave appeared to be stuck on medium power. It took forever to heat up a piece of pie. Summary - Hometown Inn was an inexpensive and comfortable place to stay.

Great quality and location for the price. No complaints. Wasn't sure what to expect for the price, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. The front desk attendant was friendly and efficient at check-in, the room was clean, quiet, and roomy, and the location couldn't have been better. Plenty of parking. Will recommend to friends and family!

Perhaps Ramada hasn't finished renovating this particualr property, because the room had a musty smell, bed linens appeared to be from the 1970's, the bathroom was nowhere near clean. The only positive was the friendliness of the front desk. I would spend a few extra dollars to stay at one of the better hotels in the area.

I chose the Ramada based on its low rate and location to a basketball camp my boyfriend attended. I wasn't expecting much based on the outside, but was pleasantly surprised at the how nice the rooms were! It was spacious and included a couch, table, desk, refridgerator, microwave, flat screen tv, vanity, ironing board, and several lights and mirrors! However, I was not pleased with a few old cups i found between the tv and refridgerator. Also, the curtain did not wrap around to cover the whole window.

Service. Was not free! Clean outside and neat upon arrive. Easy of check in. Rooms clean and neat. Customer service was excellent. Food was good, fresh. Excellent hotel for the money. Located very close to excellent restaurants. Was very family friendly. Front desk staff was really nice. Would stay again.

Hotel was clean, room was too, staff was friendly, room was stocked and supplied well. Internet provided and fridge, and microwave,coffee,iron,etc...A good value for the money and clean quiet enviorment. We will stay again. Breakfast could have been more diabetes friendly, noe eggs or items that don't require sugar. Just food for thought.

I was looking for a very affordable hotel that was clean and located reasonably close to many attractions around the Orlando area and that is what we got. The only negative was the workout facility only consisted of a treadmill, exercise bike and a nonfunctioning weight machine. Other than that it was a decent hotel in a good location for a great price. We needed a fridge cleaned when we arrived and it was being taken care of before I even got back up to the room. Friendly attendants

This place is great. Very easy to find right off of exit 92 on I-4. We saw the picture on here and it just doesnt do the building justice. We were a little skeptical but because of the close location to the people we were visiting we decided to take a chance. Wow I am glad we did. The lady that checked us in was helpful and friendly & mentioned there was free breakfast in the hotel lobby in the mornings. The room smelled clean and looked just as clean. I checked the beds for anything that would seem unpleasant (stains, hairs, odd particles) I also will smell the sheets for signs of being washed. Everything checked out clean and boy the beds were really really comfortable. The bathroom was the cleanest I think I have ever seen for a hotel/motel establishment. The grout in the shower was sparkling white as was the shower curtain, and the curtian rod was the nice kind that bows out for more elbow room. Shower head was totally great and well above my head, water pressure was super. The room was soundproof I think cuz we didnt hear anything from anyone around or above us. Across the street was a longhorn steakhouse, next door was a perkins, across the main road was a mcdonalds and there were several gas stations all around... very conveniently located. The next morning there was an assortment of bread and mini bagels for toast, assorted cereals, and make your own waffle station. The kids loved that. Juices and coffee and milk. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Very impressed for just $50.00 a night and I would stay there again anytime.

Location. The beds, rolled off of them. Great hotel for the money and area beds could be better. All in all very pleased. I would definitely stay again

This is our second stay at this hotel. I chose it for value, cleanliness and location to serve our particular needs. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, attending to all immediate needs. I think it's very hard to beat their pricing compared to size and ammenities offered. I will continue using this location in the future, as long as Altamonte Ramada continues to hold up their end of the deal.

Large room, very clean and air was controlled by a thermostat. Had trouble with the internet signal but I was in a corner room. This is an older motel that has been nicely updated. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very spacious and comfortable including a couch. The staff was extremely friendly and it is located only a short distance from a very nice shopping mall.

We were looking for a reasonably-priced, convenient place to stay for my fiancee to take an exam in Casselberry. The Ramada was quiet and comfortable, conveniently located to shopping and great restaurants all at a great rate.

Reasonable and clean. Rooms were all accessed from the outside. Clean and reasonably priced.

Room was clean, but seemed run down. Older toilet, was hard to flush, had to push on lever so hard I thought it would break. Staff was friendly. Treadmill was serviceable, but also seemed run down. Mostly what made this hotel acceptable was the fact that I got a good price on the overall package deal of airfare, car rental, and room. I would only recommend Altamonte Springs Ramada to someone else if they could get a very low room rate.
