Nothing. Very poor management and overall running of the hotel.

One of the worst hotels i've ever stayed in. dirty, rooms stunk of cigarettes, occupants above us were up all night stomping around, window was broken and wouldn't open, jacuzzi and pool were under construction, each night got inter-hotel phone call in middle of night waking us up, no continental breakfast. although the food in the itty bitty restaraunt was less than desireable - it was very inexpensive, including the alcoholic drinks in the sad bar.

Convenient Location, Good stop if using the Salt Lake Airport. Poor management. Had a lot of problems with them. This is a good place if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay while using the Salt Lake Airport, but had a lot of problems with the management, no free breakfast in the morning and kind of run down. Wouldn't stay here again.

Well, there weren't many options for food outside the hotel. There weren't many options for public transportation either. The staff had no idea about the bus system. And the bus didn't run by the hotel on Sunday. Aside from that, the hotel is a fine place as long as you have a car.

It was clean and bed and pillow was comfortable. Young men cleaning room across hall was loud and playing Spanish music before 8:00am. Put cart in front of our room. It was further away from the airport then we expected. No stores near by, if you need to buy something. East side rooms are noisy from road, ask to stay on west side rooms if you stay. It was clean and glad to have if others are filled up.

We chose this hotel for the convenience of being close to the airport since we were only staying a SHORT TIME IN sALT lAKE cITY. tHE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND BED WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. They did not have an elevator so we had to walk up a small flight of stairs with our suitcases. The resaurant suited our needs and was very friendly aand reasonable. Coffee was available in lobby for free-24hrs. All in all a good experience!

Nothing except it was a convenient location from the airport. It stunk and made us sick in a very short period of time. Let me finish what I started to say above. It doesn't appear that you or Ramada are interested in making this right by me so I will let as many of the people I know how great the people of Ramada are. You got your money and I got a stinking motel room for an hour. Thank Again!

The Ramada Salt Lake City Airport's price was reasonable, and it is close to the SLC airport and I-80. They have reasonable deals for park and ride and offer extended stay rates. But there were a few problems. In the middle of the night there was a loud noise and the walls of my room rattled for several minutes straight. Room service was available for reasonable prices, but the food quality was rather low, and the only other restaurants in the area are a Subway and other motel restaurants that I didn't find appealing.

People could give directions. I booked a room with fridge and microwave but there was none and they refused to give me one and said I did not pay enough for the room to get them. Bed no good.

The Ramada Salt Lake City is conveniently located to the airport. The rooms were large and clean. The restaurant on premises was average and the service was extremely slow, but friendly. The front desk was efficient.

Hotel van was prompt. TV channel selection. Very plain Jane hotel room, but it met my need for a last minute room for 6 hours rest after my flight cancelled on Delta. The room was better than the experience at Delta.

When we arrived at the Ramada Salt Lake city airport we were greeted with friendly staff. Staff did supply a roll a away bed with a mattress that was very uncomfortable for the first night. We were placed in a 2 queen bed room with no frig or micro. The frig was very important for meds and food to stay cold while busy at our Convention for three days.

Location. Breakfast, it did not start until 7 AM. Good location, near airport. Easy to get to main highways.

The airport is really close to the hotel. They have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The only time it is not at the airport is from 10:30 pm to 5 or 6am (you have to make an appointment if it is in between those times). If I ever had to stay in Salt Lake City by the airport again I would stay at the Ramada.

The people at the hotel. Not as clean or in good condition. Poor condition. Would not want to go back.

Overall the hotel was okay, unfortunately we were in a smoking room, and even the smoker, could not stand the odor when we entered the room,we had to open the window, and burn a very scented candle to be able to stay in the room. I realize that a smoking room is not going to have the best aroma, however, this is one of the worst I have encountered. I would suggest that the washing of the bedspreads and blankets, as well as the carpet cleaning be on a rotation, that is more often than a non smoking room, because of the odor that will accumulate in these rooms. The hotel room was clean and neat, and easy to access from the freeway. I would probably stay there again, but would request a room that was non smoking and ask the smoker to go outside to smoke.

The ambience and cleanliness made my stay enjoyable; a repeat visit is certain next time I¿m in town. I discover the day after I checked in that my fridge was missing. Despite the 2 star rating I was given prior to checking in, I found the quality and service to be a notch or two above that. The location made it easy to find from anywhere in salt lake, and distance wasn¿t much of an issue, being just outside the hustle of downtown but within easy access. I did discover the day after check in that my fridge was missing, but the front desk offered to switch me to another room. All in all, next time my travel takes me to salt lake; it will also take me back to the airport Ramada.

It was fine accomodations, but after a long day driving from Lake Tahoe we looked forward to a swim in a heated pool and a trip to the jacuzzi. The pool was cool in temp and the jacuzzi non operational.
