Visited the Arch and surroundings. Location OK, far from downtown but accessible by I70. The multiple broken items and no pool or mini-fridge tho' noted in your description put a damper on the trip.

The girl working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The other guests were ghetto and the hotel was in ill repair. The place was not kept well. The door to my room did not open properly and got stuck. The bed was hard as a rock. The television kept turning itself off. When I was walking down the hall to my room I noticed two holes in the wall. I was on the second floor.

The only problem is getting there from 70 W. The rooms were very nice.

There was a large family gathering/reunion while we were at the hotel. They were very loud and disturbing after midnight and they dominated the pool and breakfast area. There were no towels and no place to sit around the pool (all taken with the family) and at breakfast time unless you wanted an apple or oatmeal the food was gone (at 7:00am!). There was a waffle station, but people were making three or four waffles at a time for those back up in the rooms (and there was a long line for waffles given the lack of other food). The hotel was really hard to find and we called numerous times to find them (**HINT: The hotel is in Bridgeton, NOT St. Louis). Check in took over 1/2 hour (with only one couple in front of us). They recently did some remodeling and the room was clean. The pool area still is going through/needing some attention. Housekeeping came at 8:30am to clean our room; luckily we were already up and dressed. Staff seem minimal. Aside from the guy at the front desk and the housekeep we didn't see any other staff there.

We did the park sleep and fly deal. The driver at 7am had no intention of providing us with the ride to the airport. Actually suggested we take a taxi. When 3 more also wanted a ride to airport, he decided to take us. I think he went to sleep at a stop light. Waited almost an hour to get a ride from the airport to our car at the hotel.

We were just there to go to Six Flags and so this Hotel on the web looked great but once we got there, there were signs about "No concealed firearms" and "Not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle"...kind of scared us.

The price was right and beds comfy! Locating the hotel. You can see it from the highway, but it was hard to get to it. Onstar could not get me there!

Everything was great except the route to hotel. Address was not listed in GPS.

Comfortable bed. Floors need to be vacuumed & tub needs major repair. The hotel was fairly clean except that it needed to be vacuumed. But, many areas of the hotel are very worn and need to be repaired.

The hotel is located on something of an island surrounded by interstates. It wasn't real obvious how to get to it from the interstate exits. We were there on July 3 and the restaurant and bar were closed. To get food, we had to drive several miles, again with the difficulty of traversing a not intuitively obvious interstate entry/exit system. The major problem was that the A/C was laboring; it didn't cool the room off much and was noisy. Also our room phone didn't work well; the front desk couldn't hear me and I could barely hear them when I called.

They are currently rennovating their pool but it did not state this on the web site, also the bar and resturant was closed. No refrigrator in the room when it clearly stated that we would have a room with a microwave and refrigrator. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Great room for the price. Somewhat hard to get to. Clean with very friendly staff!

I had a late check in, but the staff was still very nice. The room was awesome--spotless, which I wasn't expecting from an airport hotel. Best of all, when we were outside of the hotel in the morning, we noticed that the sounds of the planes taking off and landing was incredibly loud, but the hotel and rooms were SOUNDPROOF to the noise.

The first day I checked into the hotel the clerk was not friendly or helpful but I never saw her again and the rest of the staff we were in contact with while we were there were very helpful with positive attitudes. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice. The hotel had an older maybe musty odor to it in the lobby but it was also raining while we were there.

Nice Hotel hard to locate from hwy signs etc disappointed that no prior information given for Hotel Resturant Closed for Repairs
