No where near City Centre. You have to get a Taxi to the airport and then a train to St Louis.

Pleasant stay. Shuttle was very helpful and timely. I used it 6 times in 3 days and then rode the Metra light rail to downtown. Drivers were friendly. Front desk people were very good and helpful. On my trip to St Louis next spring I will undoubtedly stay there again. Breakfast was fine althought not elaborate. I always got filled up.

The check-in process went well. The breakfast was delicious. Maid service was OK. All problems with room and associated services were taken care of promptly. However, fitness room equipment needed repair

The hotel was very close to the casino which was the reason me and my husband chose the hotel. The rooms were smaller than what we expected. The hotel was nice. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't provide shuttle service to the casino and mall. The desk clerk stated that there wasn't driver.I also wasn't to pleased with the continental breakfast.

My sister-in-law and I stayed here for the Joyce Meyer conference. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Housekeeping did a great job. Our contact with the front desk people was pleasant and helpful. I can't really comment about the cont. breakfast, other than to say I saw waffles and fruit! Because we left so early, we opted for McDonald's drive thru breakfast on our way to the conference. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. We both felt very favorable about the hotel and would stay here again.

The service here was great. The employees on the phone, at the front desk, and driving the airport shuttle were all excellent. They were genuine, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our room was in a horrible location, so I hardly slept at all, but it was clean and it felt safe.

The hotel was ok, my problem is that the room was dirty. After running around the room for about 20 minutes, my toddlers bare feet were black from the carpet so either it hadn't been vacuumed or they needed to change the bag. There were beard/mustache clippings on the vanity-somehow I didn't notice until day 2 of a 2 night stay and my husband forgot his trimmer so I know it wasn't his. My husband found pubic hair in the shower and the edges of the bathroom before any of us used it. The topper-on our second day at the hotel my husband grabbed the ice bucket to get ice only to find a wet used bag in the bucket, we had not used the bucket the day before and this was after housekeeping had been there. I think the only housekeeping done was made the bed, changed the trash, and refolded the towels.

Breakfast was more than expected and decent. Room smelled overly like cleaning chemicals/cover up spray. Adequate for sleeping. Glad we did not spend much time there. Rooms opened to the outdoors. Descent breakfast provided.

I chose this location because of proximity to Lambert Airport. when I arrived the room was filthy with cockroaches and ants. The a/c unit was noisty and did not cool the room, and the bed was uncomfortable. The business center was abysmal (could not print my boarding pass). The continental breakfast was stale cereal and sweet rolls with no coffee. I almost missed the airport shuttle the next morning because the morning clerk (unlike the night clerk) could not get his act together and check me out in a reasonable amount of time.

The Ramada in at Hazelwood was a disappointment for the Ramada Chain. The hotel staff were not polite and not friendly. I asked for first floor room, which I found out later to be a mistake. The bed in the room was not made very well. It appeared like the staff, just threw back the covers. The bed almost looked like it had been slept in. That night(very late) the night crew decided to have a get together outside my room. They were loud and kept me awake until around 2:00 a.m. The hot breakfast was poor, the food seemed old and the coffee was warm to drink. I would not stay there again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Well, it was a convenient place for me so I can go to the Joyce Meyer Women's Convention and to enjoy the city on my own time. The shuttle service was good; but there was no microwave oven in the room (bummer!), the fast food places in Hazelwood charge too much for taxes (we only pay tax for soda in Ohio); but overall, I would come back as a matter of fact, I will be returning to the city for another Women's Convention and would like to find out if I can check in prior to check-in time (I travel via Greyhound and arrival is around 8 am).

For the price it was what I wanted somewhere to lay my head for the night. It was close to the airport and the shuttle was great and the price of extended parking could not be beat.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. There was no indoor pool and the outdoor pool was closed. Comfortable, clean, close to airport and pleasant staff at an economy price. Highly recommend for travellers on the move.

The Ramada St. Louis Airport was an unfortunately average hotel. The people there were very nice, and It was located near the Airport. The room was not very clean, as it had a smell even though it was non smoking. The smoke detector was covered in plastic. Overall I was not as satisfied as I would have liked with this hotel.
