the hotel was nice.we stayed a whole week and had to tell the staff to change our sheets after the 3 rd day. when we check in the clerk stated that we would have a buffet style breakfast. yeah right. we got up the next morning to make your own waffles, sausage links that seems like that was from the day before breakfast, they was like rubber, biscuit was hard, but the overall stay was nice. for the stay yes but for breakfast no. but you can fix your own waffles.

The worst thing about this stay was that mysterious extra charges for each night showed up on my credit card bill. They basically double-charged me. When I called the manager on this he sounded nice at first and asked me to call back on Monday since the girl that worked on our check-in night wasn't there. So I called back and he started giving me the run-around, wasn't sure how the charges got added, etc. He wanted me to call back later that day when she came in. So I called the corporate office and told them that I was concerned about this situation; when I called back again as the manager requested, he angrily grabbed the phone from the girl's hands and asked me why I had called corporate, and then stated that he was done with me and that I could just get my back thru my credit card company, which I did. He was very rude & unprofessional. ALSO: hard and stale biscuits in the breakfast bar & a mysterious man banging on my room door at 3 in the morning. He expected the room to be empty for some reason.....?

Obviously it is a 2 star hotel...so that could be enough said. There were silver fish in the sheets. NOT GOOD!! I don't see this kind of stuff in my home and I don't have to keep as clean as YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO KEEP THINGS CLEAN. Come on.

It was clean and in close proximity to our destination. Easy on and off interstate. Good food, clean room and pleasant staff.

I made the reservation over the internet. I checked in to the hotel and went to my room #118. I went to my room and couldn't get in the door it was messed up. Once I got in the door the hot tub was broken with holes in the side and the room stunk. It was like a dirty closet. Wen to Comfort Inn and Suites up the street immediately.

only stayed i night while travelling. We liked everything about this place except the breakfast. It was very sparse and no one attended it. Not enough room to sit either. Food not good, especially the biscuits...they were like rocks! Also, the light in the bathroom needed cleaning badly! Overall, good place to stay. Would stay there again but find somewhere else to eat breakfast.

Reserved over the internet... Ironing board had ink pen marks all over. Sofa cushions were soiled and turned over backwards to hide stains on the other side. Microwave knob was broken off and a plate of food from the previous guest was in the microwave. Fire alarm box was hanging off of the wall by the wires. Blanket under the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. No bathtub, a shower only. So horrible we found another hotel nearby. To make it worse the staff did not sympathize, she asked me if I messed anything up in the room.

Several flies and bugs in room, door to room had been kicked in before so it was bent in the frame and allowed daylight to spill in all around the edges, carpet was dirty and blackened from use, toilet was broken -- very hard to flush (they had fixed it with a twist tie), someone had left boogers on the wall -- so it probably hadn't been cleaned well lately or if at all, the bench in the room had a broken leg, and the air conditioning unit could not keep the room cool -- all in all, a very bad hotel. The only decent quality was the continental breakfast.

The Ramada is close to the mall and several restaurants, etc. The room was clean with a nice little sitting area. The breakfast had a decent variety though poorly stocked. After 8:00 the juice was watery or non-existant. The breakfast was full of carbohydrates so not the best for a someone seriously watching carb intake.

When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Our next room the tub would barely drain.

Would have failed an inspection, bed linen was dirty ans soiled. tub was terrible. They never mop the floors. Some of the linen was never changed from the previous user. Towels was not changed out as well. I rented 3 room and all of them was dirty and unhealthful.

This hotel was close to the mall and to the highway. The carpet was very dirty and the furnishings were worn out. The breakfast in this hotel is basic and unappetizing. I would not stay here again.

It was reasonably priced. Room door did not secure well for safe and secure sleeping. Service was good, cleanliness was good, door did not seal properly. Overall good experience.
