It was a good experience, free breakfast buffet till 10 Am need to ask for breakfast coupon in the morning free airport shuttle, a big plus 3 miles away from freeway. the pool was warm, free wireless internet and free printing in business center

I liked the restaurant/bar that was attached. The hotel is older, and needs a remodel. The rooms are not setup to their best advantage and seem very small! Good hotel for an overnight before an early flight out. The hotel is older and in need of a remodel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The rooms are small compared to many other hotel rooms I have stayed in. The food and beverages at the restaurant were a bit pricy. We were not able to get on the hotel shuttle at the time that we wanted, due to it being full. (We ended up taking the next shuttle, they run 20 minutes or so apart).

First off, we were just looking for a place to sleep near Summerfest (had tickets to a concert). We tried calling the 1-800 number on our way back to the hotel on the city bus to hook up with the shuttle, and since the hotel had recently become a Ramada, they did not have the number available. It was hard to reach the hotel. Secondly, I am allergic to feather, and their pillows and comfortor were feather. We tried calling the front desk, and they never brought them. My boyfriend went to the desk at 2:00 AM, after waiting an hour! The person hid behind the one-way mirror until she realized he wasn't going to leave. We were given sheets to use, so I slept with no pillow. In the morning, the manager had her head down and ignored us, giving us the "one minute" finger, and after about 10 minutes, looked up and acknowledged us. She was apologetic, but no discount or any compensation. Neither of us slept, and we would not stay at this hotel again.

It was near the freeway. It was cold and the maids kept turning off the heat. The stay was marred by bad weather in Milwaukee. It was below zero, and over 30 below with the wind. I stayed 3 nights. The second day I got up and went out, returning about 8 in the evening. The maids had turned off my heat. The room was 54 degrees. The same thing happened the 3rd day. The room heated up in 30 minutes but never got to 72. So I was not happy about that. The price was of course very reasonable, but everything being the same I would not stay there again.

Location was great for food shopping and expressway close. Entrance door at rear of building didn't lock so anyone could just walk in. Not safe! As stated earlier, rear door didn't lock and felt unsafe because anyone could walk in and no one would know. Called front desk and still not fixed. Hopefully it is fixed now. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable and hotel in a great location. Expressway right there. Would recommend staying there for business or just a quick getaway with friends.

Attractive lobby. Moldy, mildewed grout in shower area, glued crack in toilet tank. This hotel looked as if it was undergoing restoration. However the work seemed incomplete for all areas of the hotel. Our room appeared nice with sleep number bed, and attractive bedding. The bath area looked as though it had a hurried up refinish with a new countertop on an old sink, original tub & toilet. Couldn’t hide the old mildew living in the shower tile grout.

Received an unexpected free upgrade. Hallways were noisy. Overall a very nice place to stay. The room was large and comfortable. The thermostat was difficult to work and the hallways were a bit noisy.

Fitness center, free wireless internet, pool. The general appearance of the hallways. Hotel overall was nice with very helpful staff. Amenities that were a plus were the free wireless internet, the business center with free access to a printer, fitness center and pool. On the downside, the appearance of the hallways (on the 3rd floor) was poor - there was wallpaper peeling off the walls everywhere. I was also in a room which did not face the outdoors, instead facing in towards the ballroom. Unfortunately (for me) there was a wedding on one of the evenings I stayed there with loud music late into the night when I needed to be up early for a business meeting the following day.

Pool was nice--and clean. The third floor had dirty carpet and wallpaper peeling off of the walls. It says that this hotel won a Renovation award in 2005. Either the place has really gone downhill in the last three years or only one or two rooms were renovated. Very rough appearance on the third floor with wallpaper peeling from the walls and dirty carpet. Room itself was okay but the fan ran constantly. This is not a three star hotel!

The location was great for traveling off of the interstate. My room gave me an allergic reaction. Possible to some kind of pet dander or smoke in the air. I could not point it. Needs to be cleaned up. The staff need to be more knowledgeable of the Milwaukee area and the public bus service.

Location. Dirty & unkempt. Our room was located in an area that was under renovation. We were stepping over tile & workers tools. We tracked compound dust into our room from our shoes. This was not the weekend get away I expected when I chose a 3 star hotel.

Location. Our room was over banquet hall with wedding. Lights flashed in room. Sound shook walls of room Nightmare stay. The flooring was torn up and hotel is worn. Not a three star and not a typical Radisson. Worst was that our room faced banquet hall with wedding celebration. Mariachi and Latin music as well as flashing lights made our room part of the celebration. Walls shook from noise and bass. It was a nightmare stay.

Easy access, I was not worried about children making a mess or being loud. Room smelled of mildew, temperature control broken, loud wedding reception until 12 am outside of window. Thought we were checking into a 3 star hotel. Room smelled bad, pillows were flat, it felt wet in room, carpet was dirty, our room window opened into the atrium where a wedding dance was held on Saturday night, the staff were less than concerned about our complaints.

The location was pretty good. The construction that went on right outside my room! I absolutely hated my experience at this hotel! There was a wedding that was loud and went until after midnight on Saturday night and then Sunday morning they were doing some construction work my floor right outside my room at about 8:00 am. Did I mention that this was on a Sunday! Also, we were unable to use the pool because of the wedding going on. And don't be fooled by the sleep number beds. We didn't have one!

Houlihan's was great to have in the hotel. Noisy AC, and tiny bathroom. The staff was not helpful and tried to make you feel like you were asking for the moon when all you wanted was directions or advice. The AC was noisy as could be and no way to make it quieter. The bathroom was tiny so you could not sit on the toilet and shut the door at the same time.

Bed was very uncomfortable. I lost a valuable piece of jewelry there and called 4 times before someone would talk to me about it. I left messages with the lost and found department and no one ever returned my call. I finally spoke with someone today and they have to check in the lost and found department and call me back. This was not the quality of other Radisson Hotels I have stayed in.
Date of Stay:

Close to airport. Noisy AC, bad plumbing/shower, window view was interior conference room. Nicely placed near airport, this Radisson had small rooms, that with the curtains opened revealed the interior of a conference room set up for a wedding reception! We could have been half dressed in front of a wedding party! I have no idea who planned construction of this place - would not recommend to anyone.

Hooligans restaurant. The outside grounds were deplorable. Unlike any Radisson that I've ever seen. This is by far the worst Radisson that I have ever stayed. To hotel looks like cheap roadside motel. The grounds are very un-kept. Some of the staff are questionable. Windows were not clean. Air conditioning was loud and unbearable. Hotel needs a complete renovation. Comfort Suites across the street was more attractive. First bad experience that I have had with the stay.

Convenient, great beds, friendly restaurant and bar personnel, good work out room. The carpet was old style looking and the wall paper too (hallways) but the rooms were nice. Quaint, clean, professional friendly, convenient, price reasonable.
Date of Stay:
March, 2008
The fitness room. The hall carpet needed cleaning. The room was directly over the banquet room and there was a wedding reception being held, complete with loud music, booming speakers, and an announcer speaking loudly through a microphone. This went on until very late, almost midnight. This is not the place to go for a good nights rest. The two beds were small.
