Ramada has had a long history of terrific service and great rooms. We needed a room on short notice, near the airport so we could attend a family funeral. Ramada Inn was what we wANTED.

Accomodating of room location. Rather bad roads leading to property.

We checked in on a saturday afternoon and even though the walls were dingy and the carpets looked pretty worn down and questionable in hygiene, we weren't unhappy. The second day, we had maid service. Noticed the towels left lying in the pool area were still there 24 hours later. Doors were propped open in hallways which I know is a fire hazard and the locks on our door weren't in good shape- it took multiple times to get the key to work-only when we figured out the door wasn't locked completely, we got them to work. Outside doors not kept locked. Good hot tub, hot water in shower made us still happy. The 3rd day, we came back at 4pm after a really awful day in emergency dental surgery and no maid service. The front desk said we had checked out-that we weren't in the system, yet remarkably our door keys still worked. We asked for new towels and the clerk said "Well, IF I have 3 towels, it will take a long time unless you'd like to come get them,". She was outside smoking when I came down to the desk. (was also smoking as we pulled in 10 min. before) Pool still the same as the first day. By the time we left Tues. morning, we vowed we will NEVER stay at another Ramada again. (This is my third and final bad experience -I've stayed in Omaha, Okl. City and Lincoln)

This hotel has a bar/lounge attached to it. I took my younger children and we could hear LOUD music and profanity until 2am. Don't expect alot of sleep if you are in a room next to the Lounge.

I had missed my original flight and needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel was comfortable and very moderately priced. The only down side was that the room had some grasshoppers in it, but being in the midwest, this may be normal. After ridding the room of pests, it was fine. The bathroom was clean and very roomy. The location for this motel to the airport makes it an east choice for a stay after a flight. You can see the hotel from the airport terminal.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfortable. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this Ramada and it was wonderful. I one thing that sticks out in my mind is that the sink was in the bathroom, wonderful for privacy. I was extremely pleased with this motel. I wouls reccomend it for a family stay for sure. The staff kept me supplied, a must for a coffee addict :-) I thank the staff of the Ramada Inn.

Nothing. Needs paint and carpet. Definitely not as nice as the other hotelsin the same star level.

Rooms were not very clean, bugs, torn wall coverings, airconditioning didn't work right
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
The rooms were clean and furnished with new items. The hallways and some public areas were older and dreary.

After a long drive we were very satisfied with this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the indoor pool, while the grown ups enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. Will definitly stay here again specially when they have their brand new breakfast area ready.

Reasonable price. Domestic violence incident was not handled properly. Felt unsafe. When a drunk man in a neighboring room was threatening to kill his wife, the manager did little to stop the incident. We felt very unsafe and unsupported by the manager. They would not call the police, even after this man threatened violence and kept all neighboring tenants awake and in fear for their safety.

Free breakfast. Rooms dingy, too humid, felt unclean. I did not think this hotel reflected well the Ramada name. Even with a 2 star hotel, I expect the room to feel clean, the bathroom to be clean and a feel of professionalism. These were lacking. The front desk help was very friendly and helpful. That was a plus.

The hotel smelled very badly of smoke throughout. Cheapest. Smelled bad the minute we walked in the door. The attendant who was on duty let his kids run loose in the pool area - unsupervised for hours. Most of the breakfast items were gone by 8:30 on Saturday morning.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Dirty and run down condition inside/outside. The bed was fantastic and I slept like a baby. The hotel exterior, grounds were very rough and almost looked like it was abandoned. The hallways and rooms were also in about as poor looking condition except that it appeared that they did just recently get new hallway carpet. The breakfast was very good!

I appreciated the restaurant Lucky's. The hotel was dirty and not attractive. The rooms were dingy and had bad odor. I was very unhappy to see this hotel. It was dirty; the public restroom in the main lobby had cereal in the sink that no one had cleaned up. The pool area was unfinished and dirty (restroom). The rooms were definitely unkempt and the staff at the front desk was not helpful, instead appeared to be bothered when asked questions.

Nothing. A health hazard for molds. A bad hotel in desperate need for renovation.

Free internet. Bad smell throughout hotel. The whole hotel smells like someone used way too much flowery perfume to try to cover up some kind of bad smell. The result is that the hotel smells sickeningly floral, in a fake, disgusting kind of way. It was seriously nauseating. Everything looked clean, but this smell was so strong, it made the whole stay intolerable. I almost left and went to another hotel.

The room was very adequate. Hotel layout was a bit of a maze. We enjoyed our stay and felt the value was in line with our expectations.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
It was fairly clean. Bulb missing, bathroom arranged poorly air noisy. I suppose weary tired person could over come the noisy air conditioner. All in all it wasn't a bad experience.
