It was a very peaceful, quiet stay that was a FANTASTIC value for the price. The room was very clean as was the bathroom and the staff were very friendly and eager to help.

The room was very clean; employees were very friendly. Our only issue was the shuttle to the airport. the hotel recommended the shuttle at 5:30 am for a 7am flight; but by the time we waited for stragglers and the slow driver who was constantly with the cell phone in his ear, we did not get to the airport (10 minute ride) until after 6am and the line for US Air was very long. We just made our flight thanks to the diligence of the counter associates for US Air and security. Our advice: Take the shuttle at least 2 hours in advance of your flight!

We stayed there while waiting for our flight the next day, nice fast check in, close to the airport, free breakfast, free internet, my daughter did not like the TV, (no boomerang), it was a nice big room, room was clean, 24hr airport shuttle, rental car companies with in a mile of the hotel. They did not have a restaurant, but the others hotels with in walking did have. The front desk clerk and shuttle driver working the morning of our check out were OUTSTANDING. Thank you

The hotel was much nicer than we expected considering the price. Of the 4 rooms we reserved, only 1 appeared to be a little dusty. The breakfast was very nice also.

Would not hesitate to stay again. Only thing I would have like to have seen is a waffle maker in the breakfast area, but the biscuits and sausage gravy was great! Over all, we were very pleased with our stay there.

The room was not equipped with soap and shampoo. I had to request for it. The following morning, I received a call from the front desk regarding a problem with the pipes and the water would be shutoff at 10:30am. While I was changing in my room, a cleaning person obnoxiously knocked on my door. After responding, he opened the door anyway and had the nerve to ask me when I was checking out. I advised the concierge about the incident. Their response was a pathetic sorry like a mother consoling her kid after spilling an ice cream cone. No report to the manager nor any discount for the inconvenience. Very poor!

The room had two big beds. TheAC and heating unit was broke! No A/C for the stay! I was really happy with the room, and the rate was a descent rate.

This Ramada hotel was a great finish to our honeymoon when we arrived off the airport from our cruise. It beat my expectations; it was extremly clean, quiet, very roomy; also the customer service was great!!!! For the price, I would go just for a get away with my hubby! Just wish they had a book to tell you of restaurants in the area. Overall, excellent!

The only problem I had with this hotel was, I booked, over four months ago, a room with 2 Queen beds Smoking. When we checked in we were told the only room they had was a Business King Non-smoking. This is very difficult to deal with when you are staying with another person and you both smoke. Other than that the hotel was very nice and I would not have a problem staying here again, I just hope I will get the room I book!

The menu in the room for food service was for a place that no longer exists. The man at the desk did not know what day of the week it was so tried to send us to a restaurant that was closed on Sundays. There was no shampoo or lotion in the bathroom, only conditioner. There was no coffee pot with the coffee maker. We used the styrofoam cups and made a cup at a time. The alarm clock did not work so we had no alarm to wake us for getting to the airport on time. The room was clean and comfortable but these small things would have made the stay better. The price was right!

Easy quick check in. Lack of eggs at breakfast. Good place to spend one night, easy to get to, easy to check in and out.

We went to Indianapolis to watch the US Swimming Nationals that were held near downtown. This hotel was a lot more affordable than anything we could find in the city. We were hoping to go without a car but ended up having to get one, not so bad though. The Ramada is newly redone and it was a very nice stay for the price and convenience to Downtown and the Airport. I do wish that hotels with continental breakfast would try harder to be enviornmentally friendly, so much product waste. Other than that we had a very nice stay and would stay there again. I think purchasing Hotel along with air can be more affordable if you are familiar with the area.

I stayed in indinapolis to visit with friends. The hotel was quite a bargain for the price. The room was fantastic as was service. I wish the room had a refrigerator, but other than that everything was great.

Clean, great price, close to the airport. A little heavy on the air freshener. This was a very nice stay, especially for the price. The hotel staff was friendly. I don't usually expect much from hotel beds, but this one was actually quite comfortable. The room was clean, and the only smell was that of the air freshener, which was pretty strong. The breakfast was pretty good, with some warm items, along with the standard continental supplies. All in all, this was a very nice stay, with convenience to the airport, and a terrific price, when booked through priceline.

although i was there just to catch a plane i was impressed with the cleanliness and nice workers....need better coffee and some creamer in room but hey it was right off the elevator so not a big deal,the room was clean bath nice shower head good plenty of room in shower/tub. i would def use again....

I booked the wrong day and the hotel accommodated me for Priceline price. Breakfast staff was not very helpful or friendly. Overall the hotel was a good stay, reasonable price, and comfortable rooms.
