The staff at this hotel was helpful, competent and friendly. The restaurant was quiet and nicely appointed. I did not eat at the bar but it was nice it was available. I would have liked to have had some of the bar menu items on the main restaurant menu (it used to be like that). The hotel, overall, was quiet but the doors to the rooms made a loud closing sound so all night you hear doors closing.

Restaurant in the hotel & shuttle service. Loud band noise from the bar. Hotel was great. It was only stopping to gas up the rental car in Chester that gave us the creeps. Had we been more familiar with the area, we would have known better. I only saw two machines in the work-out room which was on a smoking floor and smelled like it.

We stayed at this hotel when our flights were cancelled because of bad weather. The hotel is definately old but it seemed as if it had been given some refurbishments lately. Carpets were clean, bed linens were new, towels were adequate. The room was large but nothing fancy. We were given an airline rate which made it reasonable, but as I look online to see the regular rate, I certainly wouldn't have been willing to pay that price. Overall, everyone was friendly and we had no problems getting in at the last minute.

The room was not clean and the staff was not helpful. The air conditioner was so loud I could barely sleep and nobody brought me the breakfast I ordered so I was hungry all day long. Do not stay here.

I had fun with the reception staff. Nothing to dislike. I was impressed with service, value for money, access to airport, helpful thoughtfulness from hotel staff and free shuttle in the middle of the night. Great experience.

How can this hotel be voted the best hotel in Delaware County for six years in a row. My room did not have a working internet, the TV did not work, and the alarm clock did not work. When I called the service desk the first time she put me on hold and never got back to me. The second time I called she stated she was with a customer and would get back to me. She never did. I could not even get a wake up call. The disrepair of my room may be an anamoly but when I called back about being charged 40 more than the room rate I was told it was due to incidentals. I did not use any incidentals, nothing worked. The clerk was very rude and would not let me complete my sentences. Their customer service is consistently poor.

Altho welcomed by distracted attendent, housekeeping failed to come to my room. No clean towels left, no trash removed, no bed made. I called the front desk after getting 'voicemail' for housekeeping.. again, no satisfaction, finally 3rd call to desk [...] advised housekeeping was gone for the day and he'd have towels brought to my room and left outside my door by 6AM. At 1:30AM I was awoken with a delivery of hand towels, later he returned again with bath towels and washclothes. I could not get the security lock to operate as well. HOWEVER, bed was comfy and view overlooking the pool not too bad. Little pricey even with discounted rates for service levels. Would have appreciated real coffee source (free) in the lobby as coffee maker was filthy in the room. Busy hotel with nice lobby. Appreciated the wireless internet for free as well. Staff encountered in the hallways were VERY cordial.

Nice Place. Rooms were clean and the room service was quick and tasty. The Free Internet was SLOW and unreliable.

Great staff. Elevator was the scariest thing in the world to ride on. The hotel reflected the price it charged. Although, it's not a 5 star they provide everything they could to make it the highest star possible. I recommend this hotel for overnight stays. If you are willing to sacrifice a little luxury for cost, then this is the hotel for you.

THIS HOTEL IS THE PITS EVERTHING IS WORN AND OLD. WE ASKED FOR A 3AM WAKE UP CALL HAD A 6AM FLIGHT THEY NEVER CALLED.THE SMOKE ALARM IS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM DOOR SO WHEN i TOOK A HOT SHOWER IT WENT OFF AT 3:30 am WE HAD STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND FOUND

Great looking and comfortable beds. My garbage can wasn't emptied by the staff. Clean and comfortable but too far away from Philadelphia to be considered in the airport area.

This hotel has seen better days. The was mold in the tub, floors were dirty, everything else was rundown and worn out. Hotel needs complete refurbishment. The rooms are grossly overpriced and I would not stay there again for any reason.

Free internet. Hallway construction, on-demand TV low quality service. The hotel met our needs. It was a quick travel into Philly (15mins) by car. The front staff was nice and informative. There was construction going on in the hallways; such as all of the 4th floor hallways were being repainted and wall papered, so it had a muggy scent and obvious ongoing work. The TV on-demand features are poor, little to none guest services features and no self checkout feature. Also, if there's a wedding parking is scarce, be careful or else your parking your car a good walk away. Nevertheless, the hotel severed its purpose and we enjoy historic pa area.

The hotel is easy to get to from the South side on I-95. The shuttle comes every half hour. Unfortunately the parking while on your trip is no longer free.
