| It was handy to the airport and ships but did not give a good first impression with the faded silk flowers mixed in the landscape. Walk was uneven outside rooms causing several people to stumble. Breakfast was good but decor needed updating. People were friendly and pick up and delivery service was good. |

| We were disappointed in the fact the shuttle service quit running the night we came in. Our flights were delayed due to the weather and we were not able to take the shuttle and had to pay $50 for a cab, we picked this hotel due to the shuttle etc and when we arrived the hotel staff was not very friendly at all. The place was ok for just sleeping a few hours; the area needs more waiting space for all of the people waiting to get on the shuttle for cruise port. Also all of the pop machines were out of diet coke and when I went to the bar to ask for one he said to just get one out of the machine, I told him the machines were all out. |

| This hotel should be renamed as a motel not a hotel. Hotels are nice, clean and full of amenities; this hotel served none of the above. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

| Everything was very nice and pleasant. The bar situation was not a good experience. The bartender was not attentive to all her customers. Having a daughter in the service industry, that is a big thing with me and my family. |

| Room was ok. Staff was very nice to deal with. Did not like the planes flying over the room at 12:00 and 1:00 in the morning and having to move to a different room so they could do the rug change when I only had a day left to stay. Could have been done after I checked out. |

| I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada the staff was prompt and professional. I would stay there again. The only drawback for me was the location, it is not near any other stores. |
