I was very unhappy other than the hotel being walking distance. I was miserable. The desk was broke up and the fridge was broken. I will never stay at the Ramada again.

It was easy to find, clean and was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was great, the room was clean, staff was friendly, the pool area was fantastic and the food was great. It was located right across the street from the Mall of America which was nice.

I stayed at this hotel with my parents 25 years ago and much of the fixtures of this hotel haven't changed. The pool is exactly the same as it was when I was 8. My husband and I got this room for a good deal on Hotwire.com, but now we know why. The walls are very thin, on both sides. I'm sad to report that although we could hear the conversations on either side of us, we didn't make any new friends. I wasn't bothered as much by the air plane noise as I was the constant door slamming. The front desk wasn't overly friendly when we checked in and even seemed annoyed that I would request 1 queen sized bed for my husband and I. Unfortunately she wouldn't accomidate and we had to settle for 2 full size beds. This is NOT your place for a romantic getaway, The room seems clean, although there was hair in the shower, which really creeps me out. The beds have duvet covers rather than the old stained bedspreds. The linen smelled clean which is nice. The tv was a LCD so the picture was good and we didn't have to watch a green screen. The location is close to the airport and the Mall of America, so the hotel has that in it's favor.

The hotel is in a great location to the Mall of Americas. You could walk to the Mall if you weren't too tired to walk back. We had reserved the room for 4 nights, but checked out after the second night. We counted 8 airplanes passing over within 1 hour. We could not sleep because of the noise. The beds were sort of hard also. Would never recommend or use again.

We have stayed in the past, but prices are too high for outdated accomodations. Even though they were not full, we were first put in a room next to the boiler room and it was loud and the room vibarated! We were moved to another room per our request that was so so!

I visited this hotel on spring break with a group of friends. The location was very convenient for the mall of america. The shower was small and difficult to work. This hotel was easy to find. I traveled with a group of friends to Minnesota to visit the Mall of America for 3 days and the staff was polite and helpful. The shower was a little small but the bed was comfortable and the pool was busy but big. The free shuttle service to the mall was awesome too! I was impressed with the hotel and would definitely return! I loved it!

This is a great hotel. The staff was awesome, from the restaurant to the desk. I was particularly impressed with Tom, who drove the shuttle and was extremely knowledgeable. The location couldn't have been better, and it's very easy to get to the Mall and to use the light rail. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

We flew in to attend a gradutation party and was pleasently suprised as to how close to the Mall of America and Airport the hotel is. We had a rental car but used to hotel shuttle for the trip to the Mall. Because we only here for a short time and was empressed enough to want to comeback and stay for more days. OrbitZ price for the hotel and car was the actual selling point for me. GREAT JOB ORBITZ!!! SHOULD HAVE HAD COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST ONLY COMPLAINT

If you love campy 70s decor and display cases with taxidermied animals in them, then this is the hotel for you! The first hotel that I have ever stayed in that did not offer a bathtub, only a shower stall. The room was adequate, but despite the hotel's noted updates, the rest of the decor remains a bit on the old side. The hotel and restaurant staff were exceedingly friendly and the room was clean. You can walk over to the mall in about fifteen minutes, which is another added bonus.

My husband and I arrived for our weekend getaway. The room we rented was a jacuzzi suite. The room was clean, however, it is terribly outdated!! The furniture was literally falling apart and didn't go together. The bed was uncomfortable and the TV was very small for the room. The microwave was actually in the cabinet right under the TV. For the price (259 per night), it wasn't a good deal. We did, however, enjoy the fact that there is a lounge and a comedey club! THAT is a great option. This hotel has A LOT of potential, tons of rooms and the pool looked fun. BUT if they don't update it and get rid of the crappy furniture and fixtures, they will be soon losing bigtime. Also, was not so impressed with the front desk "friendly-ness" --or I should say lack of. Wish I had a ton of because I'd buy it in a heartbeat and turn it around!!

The hotel was a great place to stay. It has a comedy club Thursday-Saturday (which was great!) The only downfall to this hotel was that it was close to the airport and you could hear every plane that left the airport. THe plus side is that it's within walking distance to the MOA!

Was forced here after a missed connection. Front desk staff was very helpful and understanding. Rooms are terribly outdated. No convenient power outlets. Room looked grungy. Awkward heating/cooling system within rooms. Shuttles were convenient (every 30 minutes). The room service/restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m., which is awfully early. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower/WC room was extremely small. Plumbing fixtures leaked. Clearly the property needs a major renovation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great...not to much chlorine like some other pools. Rooms were cleaned everyday with spotless carpet!!

The atmosphere is great, keep it on. Besides, play some music in the hallway would be better! The bath tub is way too small. Suitable for leisure and group traveler. Excellent shuttle bus service!

I stayed here a couple years ago and was majorly disappointed with the hotel, it's rooms, etc. Everything was outdated and the only thing going for it was it's price. However, I decided to give it a second chance when I needed to stay a night before heading north on a back woods trip. They renovated the rooms, added LCD tv's, updated the carpet etc. They also updated their bar / cafe. It now has large screen tv's which were good for watching the Olympics and their menu is much better. My friends got the Buffalo Burger which they said was a good burger. It's not a business class hotel but fit my budget and needs well for a personal stay near the Mall of America and the airport.

This was terrible. Reserved a room with two queen beds and park and stay. Arrived and had to pay 40 extra for park and stay, got room with two twin beds, had to order two extra cots (20 each). Got in the bathroom to find no shower curtain - called the front desk once and housekeeping twice only to get promised someone would bring up a curtain. After waiting two hours no one came; had to shower without a curtain - water everywhere. Reserved the shuttle for 4:30am, didn't get picked up until 5:10am; just made our 6:00am flight after rushing through the airport.DO NOT STAY HERE; only good thing was closeness to airport.
