Their breakfast was good. The staff was not friendly at all. You try to talk with them or say Good Morning and they are in their own little world. I stayed there 2 nights and requested a wake-up call for 6am. I didn't get it until 7am. I called to complain and they said they would have a technician fix their system. I set up another wake up call for the next day at 6am again. I didn't receive it until 7am. We were late for our family function due to their wake up service. Everything seem outdated and the tub was clogged up.

Our 1st 20 mins there we had to be moved to a new room because the toliet was broken. I can get over that. The new room had a whirpool tub which had mildew around it and also the mat at the bottom of the tub had mildew around it. Very disgusting!! The 1st day after housekeeping cleaned the room I went back in the room because I forgot something and noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk to have the bathroom cleaned and it was never cleaned my entire stay. Not pleased at all.

Comfort of the room, very relaxing. No hot Cocoa in the morning. I liked everything about it, The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my timethere and I would recommend it to others.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Ramada. Hotel was very clean even though they were in the middle of construction. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would stay here again!

The overall hotel was acceptable in location, friendliness, and atmosphere except that the carpet in the room was dirty to the point where we wore shoes during our one night stay.

Location. The first day cleanliness, bathroom smelt of sweat. The pool area should be monitored closely I recommend close-circuit cameras at the front desk to monitor the pool area and doors, violations were clear, kids were diving into the pool and teenagers would block the exit open a posted violation letting cool air into the pool area and increasing heating expense for the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and service was great. I arrived there at 11am and they were able to accomidate the check in time after an overnight flight with no additional charges. Staff was very understand and helpful. I was in a room where the shower was a walkout for handicap people and the carpet right in front of the door was very wet upon arrival. They were very prompt and were able to come in and clean the carpets right away and addressed the issue right away. Very greatful. Room was very comfortable and felt safe and secure.

The waffle breakfast was great and it included a lot more than waffles! The carpets were not vacuumed in the hallways for quite some time. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Ramada and would go back again! My teen daughter and girlfriend loved the pool and free use of the internet.

The Ramada was over all pretty decent for the amount of money. They had a nice pool area, hot tub, and a nice little workout room that featured a few new exercise machines. They also gave me a free tan for my stay which definately hit the spot this winter! The continental breakfast was nice and my guests enjoyed the waffel iron and free coffee in the lounge area. Our room was pretty standard and they rolled a bed in for us cuz we had an unexpected guest. It was centrally located near several attractions that we were interested in such as the new mall.

Our room did not get turned down the next day. We left around 12:30 and came back at 7pm. The hotel is decent and what you would expect for a 2-star hotel. Although, they forgot to clean our room the next day despite us leaving the room by 12:30. The free Wifi is nice and having a microwave was surprisingly nice!

The reason I'm saying this is that from the time we checked in untill the time we left no one person seemed to know what was going on. The motel as I would call it was o.k. but the ammenities were not functioning and the children were dissappointed. However, we did make it through although it is not as what I had expected it to be. I would not recommened this particular motel to my friends

The Desk clerk who checked me in gave me the wrong room (not enough beds) when I went back to her and told her she was very apologetic and kind. Air conditioner fan stayed on constantly in the room ended up shutting it off. Great location, easy to get anywhere from there and easy to find your way back. Good breakfast and a very clean breakfast bar. The room smelled a bit stale but was a smoking room, no others available. Bed sheets were clean and there were plenty of towels.

The manager and front desk worker were both rude. I mentioned it was my Mother's Birthday and they didn't say or do anything special. It was a $20 cab ride to get into the downtown and other hotels were closer. The pool area was really nice though and the tanning bed was a nice touch.

I don't like to much. They gave me the wrong number. I can't stay in the Ramada hotel because they gave me a different room, they were suppose to give me a suite and they didn't give it to me.
