My only regret is that I was even allowed to give this dump one star!!! Horrible, horrendous... and run by a pack of retards! I cannot believe a business in this day and age can survive by being run from a bigger bunch of buffoons! The imbeciles who manage this property (Sharon Baley and the General Manager "Raul") have no clue how to offer proper customer service, and completely mismanaged my billing resulting in ludicrous arbitrary charges to my credit card, days after our stay. Every facet of my dealing with this "motel" was screwed up... from reservations, to the check-in, to the property... everything! The property in it of itself is below par, the bed was terrible, and after repeated attempts to quiet a noisy room next door... nothing was done. My other regret is how I let this experience completely ruin my vacation. The next night we went down the street to the Radison Woodlands Village... so much nicer!!!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I liked everything about this hotel. The hotel was easy accessed from the freeway. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved stayed there and hope to stay there again.

First they screwed up our rooms. We reserved one room with a queen, and one room with 2 doubles. They gave us 2 rooms with 1 queen each and told me sorry, they're booked. My wife (who is a bit more outspoken than myself) went in and correcting the problem. But I know someone down the line of checking in that afternoon got shafted. Next was the carpet incident. We noticed the bottom of my 14 month old daughters feet were black. We thought it occured in our travels, we washed them, put her back down to run around and noticed her feet were black in minutes. We took a wash cloth to the floor and it came up black. Same thing in the other room. The young girl at the front desk was grossed out and embaressed. They let us out of our 2nd and 3rd nights there but would not refund us for the first night.

I cant believe how dirty the floors are. Do your self a favor and rub the floor with a towell, I know it sounds weird but we did it because are 1 year old had dirty feet from walking on the carpet. DIRTY DIRTY, CAN SOMEONE CALL OSHA.

Location. Staff was friendly and unobtrusive. Pillows could be better. Hotel will need freshening soon. Good location. Flexible pricing for room. Good hotel for the money. Nothing fancy. Free breakfasts are average.

We were given Room 201. There was a gas-powered generator on the first floor near the pool that was uncovered and ran all day and all night. Even with the windows and doors closed, the sound of this generator was ridiculously loud. None of us could sleep. When I was checking out, I politely informed the manager about the problem from the generator and was met with a blank stare. No apology, no effort to remedy the problem. Nothing. There are dozens of comparable lodging options in Flagstaff (e.g. Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, Best Western, etc.) and so there is absolutely no reason to stay at this hotel. Avoid this place.

Free WIFI, comfortable bed, good location. A little run down, poor bathroom lighting. Very convenient location near highways and NAU campus. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, free WIFI, free continental breakfast with some hot foods. Hasn't been upgraded in a while, but clean and a great value.

We were very happy with this motel. Out of our total 26 day trip, this was in the top three for us. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room and facility, and friendly and informative staff. Fairly new building, convienent parking and newspapers provided. The cost was very attractive considering how nice it was. Book it without fear.

Clean and convenient location. Horribly inadequate breakfast seating, no eggs or fresh fruit. Hotel was clean and in a convenient location, had free wireless and outside room access (which I prefer). It would be much nicer if it had adequate seating for breakfast, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit.

the worst hotel in the US. Do not stay here even if its the last place available.

Very clean and staff was very friendly. Not enough room for the continental breakfast to meet number of guests. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our deadbolt lock did not work properly. There was lots of noise from the near by highway. We had a couple of broken shower tiles that were cheply fixed; the tiles should of been replaced. They gave us 4 pillows per bed. The pool and ice machine are seasonal.

Okay for the money but hotels are getting ridiculously expensive for a night's lodging. Very boring breakfast. Breakfast is the exact same as all the other hotels - doesn't any place provide local food and not thawed frozen stuff any more?

Very clean, staff very friendly, was great. Thin walls.

The room was very clean, the staff was EXCELLANT. The breakfast area was VERY clean and as food was getting low was promptly filled. There was plenty to choose from for a continental breakfast. The area motel is located is quiet. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we will stay again. Due to time of year unable to make use of pool and spa. We were also glad there was a computer for guests in lobby.

Free internet and across the street from Walmart continental breakfast. This hotel was awesome, especially for the price. It was close to Movie Theaters, ample shopping, the University etc. The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

For being a 3 star hotel, i feel we got our moneys worth. Our room was big. We had a king size bed with a sofa that folded out into a bed, both were comfy. The room had a microwave and a small refridgerator, in which you normally dont find in most rooms, so that was a bonus for us. Resturants were in walking distance, along with other stores. Nau is very close in which made it eaiser for us. We will be staying there again in 2 years when my daughter graduates from Nau.

Nice clean room, pillowtop mattress which was very comfortable.Fridge plus microwave, coffeemaker etc. Nice towels.Staff very helpful, In room wifi connection very poor.Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold foods. Replenished at frequent intervals. Adequate seating in breakfast area which was clean and tidy. Close to restaurants and supermarkets which were just across the road. Too late in year to take ad vantage of pool and hottub but area was kept clean and tidy. 24 hr coffee in reception.
