My girlfriend and I decided to stay here while doing some shopping at the Salmon Run Mall. It's only about half hour from the border so the location was great. We checked into a room with a stale smoke smell and called the front counter. The lady said someone would spray the room but it still smelled of smoke. We told her this and expected some sort of compensation but received nothing. The next morning we checked out and explained our situation to the girl at the counter. She was very nice and gave us breakfast for two. The breakfast was wonderful and so was the nice lady in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for any Canadian traveler.

We went to Watertown for shopping. The hotel location was perfect, quick to register, do not need car to go out for supper. Price was right. Definetely going back

The staff was very friendly and were eager to help you out. The chairs in the room were dirty and the water did not go down the drain in the tub very fast. The hotel itself is very clean, however getting old. The rooms need some updates and repairs. The chairs were dirty but overall a nice hotel.

Front Desk: Reserved King bedroom, non smoking room. When arrived, received 2 bed, smoking room. When went to front desk, was told that she could change to King room only because someone else had just cancelled. When told her my reservation was for King room, I received a 5 minute "Lecture" on why you should call the actual hotel to confirm your reservation after you make the reservation online. I told her if I reserve one room, that is what I should have. I shouldn't have to call to double check to make sure the hotel is doing their job properly. Pool: If travelling with children beware....nice kidney shaped pool. BUT it goes from 4 feet to 10 feet deep. No shallow end. Once off the stairs going into the pool, the water was up to my neck (I'm 5'4") Can't imagine trying to take children into it. You would have your hands full.

it was very friendly astomsphere and convient to all the stores and restraunts. we could smell stale smoke in the hallway and in the room the whole time we were there. over all i would go back to this hotel, due to the friendlyness and convience.

I had a good stay in Watertown. I had one small problem getting my wireless to work but they took care of it right away.People were sper nice and went out of thier way. A bit older hotel, bt very clean. The food was great.

This is an old hotel. It needs updated. The colors are dark in the rooms. You could see the repairs in the bathroom. I would not reccomend this particular Ramada

Windows so dirty you couldn't see out of them. Never received wake up call. Pool hours were posted 8-10 but pool was only open 9-9. Problem when you don't get in until 9 pm and you have to leave by 8:30 am. Overpriced for facility.

Hotel is very close to all the activities and is centrally located to shopping and dining areas. The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean and neat.

The Ramada Inn in Watertown. Was an average hotel that has seen more prosperous days. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. This made the stay acceptable. The location near the Salmon Run Mall and Hwy 81 was convenient. This is another big plus for the hotel. As a Ramada hotel this location was something of a let down... not as nice as many others but not bad either. Very average but it worked.

Due to road construction there was no water in the rooms for over 2 hours upon arrival. After a long ride, that was unfortuante, but we realize it was not the fault of the hotel
