We were there for our second family gathering of The Woodsons and Tatums. We had a wonderful gathering. My grandchildren really enjoyed the swimming and breakfast selections. Our rooms were very adequate and clean. We will stay at Ramada Inn Shreveport on our next visit.

Relatively new andmodern. The staff entered the room and replaced the towels.

Got there about 4:00 pm to take a short nap before the wedding. Entire facililty overbooked with people sitting in lobby with confirmation. Did get my room, but not until 5:15 - staff said housekeeping was short and not working with them. One nice lady behing desk, otherwise attitudes if you know what I mean. Finally got in room and pulled bedspread back to take a short nap. Went to pull top sheet back and found out that was the only sheet. Slept in fetal position wrapped in one sheet. Left 5:30 am

The tub had black hair in it, the bathroom floor had hair in it, and there was only 2 washcloths and 2 towels upon check in, it had double queen beds.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. I was very upset when I checked in and my bed was a Queen instead of a King. I booked the room through Orbit and my confirmation says King but they said that Orbit made a mistake and it should have been a Queen.I don't know what Orbit is going to do about this but I was not pleased at all.

Location, staff friendliness. Beds too small and too hard. Overall, pleased with stay. Great price and clean hotel. Beds were small and hard, but hotel staff was wonderful and it was quiet!

The Ramada Shreveport Inn and Suites was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were as hard as a rock, the furniture looked like it had been drug down the highway as it was old and torn, and the paint was either chipped, stained, or coming off the walls. We were moved to a suite, and were never provided with disposable cups for the bathroom. My husband and I were in this room, and we were only given 1 wash cloth each to use for the day, as well as only one towel each. I accidently spilled soda on the bed, and those same sheets were still on the bed three days later when we left. This makes me wonder if the sheets are EVER changed.

Very easy access to the freeway. Stairs. Decent room for the money and it has adequate parking for large vehicles (rental truck) with very easy access from I-20.

The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The comlimentary breakfast was very frugal.

Location. Staff did not clean room even after asked to do so. Hotel smelled old and paint fumes were everywhere. Also we stayed 2 nights and had to ask front desk to have room cleaned. Staff still did not clean room even after asked to do so.

Creepy staff, dirty place fake Ramada Inn

Nice for the price. Unfriendly front desk. After being gone shopping & sightseeing for the day, room was not cleaned and room cards had been deactivated. It's good for the price. Don't expect any frills. It's clean (when you get there. They forgot to clean our room while we were out for the day.

My stay at Ramada Shreveport Inn was a delight. The quality of the room at that price was outstanding. My only complain would be with the bathroom fan in 1205; it was loud. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located near the I20, which will allow you get downtown or Bossier quickly.

Rooms were not clean; no toilet paper and not nice. I would not stay here again. It needs alot of work. We had to go get toilet paper. The desk was dirty. The bottle of shampoo and conditioner had been used.

My experience was very good. It was comfortable, clean, a very safe area and close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thw price was very good. I would stay there on my next trip to Shreveport.

It was recently updated (fresh paint, etc.) Very friendly staff. On the edge of a very bad neighborhood. While this hotel was by no means a luxury hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by it's friendly staff and the fact that it has been recently updated. We had a TV with cable, a refrigerator, blow dryer, coffee maker with coffee(s) and creamer. It is right off the highway and only five or six miles from the casinos. It's not in a good neighborhood, but they have gone to great lengths to make it a safe and attractive place. We would definitely stay again.

When my daughter and I entered the hotel, we were greeted by the clerk with a very big smile. She was very informative and very friendly. We even talked a little about what was on the big television in the lobby. She told us where everything was located and ended it with a, Have a great weekend. The breakfast was filling and the hotel was beautiful. We will be back.

Fridge in room. Old features in room. Not a good environment/location. It was overly crowded, loud, obnoxious patrons. Not in a good part of town, minimum if any security. Overpriced for the old furnishings in the room. I would not stay here again.
Date of Stay:
April, 2007
Breakfast. Not enough towels. We were pleased with the friendly and hospitable employees. Accommodations were adequate but the ac unit in the room had an annoying squeak.
Date of Stay:
March, 2007
The staff was excellent. Nothing. The hotel was well lighted, clean, convenient, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I plan to stay there regularly when I travel to Shreveport.
