Staff are friendly but hotel is very basic and appear to be subject to some cost cutting measures. No bar/resteraunt, pool dark, dirty and cold, decor or rooms not up to standard, ac noisy and grounds unkept.

Price. Worn needs maintenance. Good price, was clean but bathtub was worn down to black, no lock on bathroom, broken out, no restaurant yet lobby smelled like food?

I stayed at the Ramada last week with my family including my parents as i had a wedding to attend. I didnt know the place and the wedding couple had booked this hotel for us. I saw some of the reviews on this site and tried to avoid this hotel but as all the relatives were staying there i took a chance.Let me say, there is nothing as it seems from some of the reviews here..this hotel is really nice one. I can say it was a really wonderful experience at the Ramada. We enjoyed. They have very nice rooms and i believe they were recently renovated. The entire hotel looks great. They had a shuttle service for all of us to go to the wedding place. and even they picked up at 1 in the morning. They have the heated swiiming pool which was really good and my kids enjoyed it. good thing is that they have coffee machine in all the rooms as well as they have a coffee facility in the lobby area also and i think it was 24 hrs. the staff is very nice and they hepled us to get some local information and we didnt know that the Garden State Plaza mall is right across the street. over all it was a fantastic trip with family and we enjoyed the wedding along with the stay at ramada . i think it was a perfect family holiday for us.

the only thing good about this place was the location. We did shop at the local mall which was great!! But there wasn't anyplace in the hotel to have coffee or a snack. It needs major up grading through out the hotel. Bathroom facilities, bedding & linens not up to snuff. Carpeting, furnishings, walls & windows not cleaned or maintained. We brought our relatives from Germany here & it was quite embarrassing.

Awful service and upkeep of hotel

Free wireless Internet. The bathroom was in poor condition. My main complaint about this hotel was that the bathroom was not in good condition. The toilet handle was broken and it was difficult to flush the toilet. The bathtub was stained and looked old, and it was slippery, making it difficult to shower.

The price for the room was very good. However, keep your hotel room door bolted, or housekeeping staff will try to walk in without knocking even with Do Not Disturb sign on door handle. The window curtains were dirty from splattering of some kind. The proximity of hotel to NYC, shopping malls, restaurants and major highways was excellent. Even with the Metro area surrounding the hotel it was very quiet.

Location. Their restaurant was closed. The coffee was beyond horrible. Quick and easy in and out. Plenty of parking, very clean within 2 miles of major shopping safe. Accurate in room menu's to order take out.

Very easy check in and out. Room appeared very clean..and did not have a mildew older I have found in other places. Bathroom was clean. Carpet looked and felt clean walking on it barefoot..which is something I would not normally do

I enjoyed the hotel staff very much. They were very nice, helpful and courteous. Was a little disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. Very nice. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Good stay. Loved the king size bed. Everything was great except I kept hitting my elbow against the wall in the shower so if it was alittle bigger it would be perfect. You also hear the cars on the parkway but blends in with the A/C on.

Very clean. Hotel smelled when you were by the elevators. This hotel is very clean and very close to the malls and stores and major highways.

The Ramada Rochelle Park was a comfortable enough hotel. It didn't appear any of the staff spoke very good english so it was hard to understand what they were saying. The room itself was comfortable enough. There were a few cosmetic things that would have been nice to have fixed but it didn't affect our stay or the comfort of the room. The location was good-bus stop to the city right across the parking lot. The on-site restaurant was closed and no continental breakfast or anything provided. All in all it served the purpose adequately.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice to have a gym and an indoor pool on site both of which were a nice added feature. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a pleasant experience but there is room for improvement.
