This hotel was such a disappointment. When making reservations, I specifically looked for breakfast included and a pool/spa. Ramada Palm Springs offered both. The breakfast offered is just a lure to get you to their restaurant where you will want to order a REAL breakfast. You get the choice of only one: a bowl of cold cereal, a yogurt, Bagel/eng. muffin/toast OR a scrambled egg.(Or 25% off a REAL breakfast in the restaurant) Who eats a scrambled egg, alone, w/no toast??? You have to eat in the restaurant...no take outs, and they only gave me 2 vouchers...for 3 people. I would rather have danishes and juice in the lobby like the really cheap hotels offer. The pool was cloudy...not clear and nice like we like it. The spa was filthy...with floaties all over...NASTY. I was disgusted I even sat in it before noticing. The threshold carpeting was pulled back, exposing tack strips which we stepped on repeatedly. Bathroom had black mold and hair on ceiling. Bed...very hard, with padding to soften it up. The welcome letter was just a list of rules and financial consequences for breaking them. Nice, friendly note on vanity letting you know there will be financial consequences for taking towels to the filthy pool. Poor TV selection...they cut back severely on cable options...but you can pay to view movies. The room was dark...for sleeping in...that was good. I wanted my stay to be special, it was anything but. I was relieved to leave. Upon checkout...the person at the front desk didn't even bother to ask..."How was your stay?" I guess they don't even care. I expected much more from a Ramada...I won't make that mistake again!!!

Clean room. Continental breakfast. The hotel grounds seemed very nice. The room was nice and clean as well, although the bed was quite lumpy. We didn't arrive to the hotel until approximately 12:30 am and left the following morning after our continental breakfast at the restaurant next door. Some hotels offer their guests a very nice continental breakfast including waffles, a variety of cereals, sweet rolls, bagels, toast, juices, fruit and lots of coffee. And, the hotel was a lot less expensive than yours. I'm sorry, but that was a poor excuse for a breakfast.

I made reservations at the last minute and found a good price on hotel acommendations.We stayed at the Ramanda Inn in Palm Springs. The entire staff and service was excellent!!!! I would stay there again.

Comfortable beds. No room service. Very nice hotel if you just need a nice, clean room. Nothing special but clean, safe, and comfortable! worth your money if you're in a crunch.

The staff @ the Palms Springs Ramada were absolutely WONDERFUL!X was very helpful on many occasions. X the mantinence man brought me 2 boxes of laundry detergent. This Guy paid 2 dollars for them and i had to beg him to take his money back.

There are construction projects on both sides of the hotel. It's very noisy. We could not sit and relax by the pool because of the noise. The price was right and the rooms were clean but the noise ruined our get-away.

None. Room was dirty including bed sheets and pillow cases. With that in mind, I didn't use the coffee pot, drinking glasses etc. There was only 2 pairs of towels available, no face and hand towels. I will never recommend this hotel to my friends who care cleanliness and good service.

This Ramada was older and beat up, but was being remodeled. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh with plenty of room. I was happy that there were fitted sheets instead of tucking a flat sheet around the mattress, BUT the mattress was HARD, which is not comfortable. The desk staff was shortstaffed and they were not relived on time, but were helpful and friendly dispite. The management were uncaring, unprofessional, and seen laughing the desk staff. We were not impressed. The pool had great hours, but no towels were available and the hot tub was chilly the first night. Overall an OK stay, the management needs to learn how to manage, have sympathy and be more professional; they should take lessons from the desk staff, who smiled dispite being overworked,under payed, and laughed at. Lastly: GET BETTER MATRESSES

We were there for basketball tournament all weekend. The laundry room is huge bonus for washing uniform between games.

Like continental breakfast. Initial room checked into was never cleaned, bathroom 2nd room dirty. The first room we were given was not cleaned. Not prepared for next visitors. I had to walk back to lobby to get a 2nd room. 2nd room's bathroom was dirty. I had to call for someone to clean it.

The hotel was nicely kept, convenient to the strip and included a good continental breakfast. The room was great, except the bed felt like a cushioned tabletop. It was very uncomfortable. I really liked staying at the Ramada. The price was worth it for the amenities, but they really need to do something about the extremely uncomfortable beds.

Stayed here for Stagecoach festival since all hotels in Indio and surrounding areas were completely booked. This hotel worked out great. The room was very clean and well-taken care of. We received complimentary breakfast coupons to eat in the hotel restaurant both days of our stay. You can choose from 3 items (cereal, bagel, or yogurt parfait...including tea, juice or coffee) or get 25% off the restaurant menu (very pricey!). There's also restaurants close by (walking distance) if you want to do something different. The coupons worked out well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again if ever in the Palm Springs area.

Very good, but could have been closer to the strip. It was small and the AC was not working properly. Could used larger parking lot for the the amount of rooms it has.
