Hotel staff was geniunely friendly, rooms were clean and adequate size even though they did not have accommodations as listed in Orbitz' website. Check- in was really messed up since they did not offer rooms like we reserved on Orbitz. They were very accommodating and made it right Checkout was also problematic since the billing was far from accurate -they had double billed us, billed to my daughter's credit card not the one I reserved room with, and at the wrong room rate. They are working to correct ihe billing now though . . .

Good location, easy to find, attractive room. Couldn't get air conditioning to work was stuffy, was very late at night so didn't call anyone beds very hard. Attractive, easy-to find and close to restaurants and other attractions.

This place is terrible. The rooms were small and very outdated. The cable T.V. was so fuzzy we could only watch 3 channels. There was a 3/4 in. gap under the door that we needed to plug up with a towel to keep the cold out. The heater barely worked. When we got up in the morning the was no hot water. We did not feel safe here. Do not stay here!

Where do I start? The desk staff is curt and to the point...and it comes off as rude. No smiles, no friendliness...just business. I felt like I was being punished for somehow deciding to go with Travel agent. I was banished to the half of the hotel where it's car to door service. The beautiful lobby was deceiving because the room I stayed in was nothing in comparison. My room reeked of pee! The neighbors could easily be heard as were the folks in the parking lot having fun breaking beer bottles in the trash bin. I didn't feel safe at all and would not choose this hotel again for anything. It makes me seriously question this entire hotel chain's dedication to any kind of quality service. I will definitely think twice before I decide to book with this chain again.

Good location. Very loud all night long, free continental breakfast was awful, they were always out of food. Hotel was very loud all throughout the night. Went to the free continental breakfast at 8 am and they were already out of food. They would bring out a little bit more at a time but it was quickly gone. Only hot food option was waffles and sausage. They also had a scrambled egg patty which was very hard. We ended up just eating the cereal they had. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Desk staff were very helpful with arranging for a hotel-airport shuttle outside of their normal route hours. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was adequate (waffles, toast, fruit, oatmeal, egg and sausage patties, etc.). A Perkins restaurant is nearby if one is looking for a full service restaurant.

Location. Smallest bed ever. Recommended if your only sleeping there by yourself.

We were very impressed with our stay at the Baymont. Location was easy to find, and about in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was great too.

The hotel was clean, the staff courteous, and it was easy to find. The breakfast was very good. However, the rooms and our door jamb (it looked like someone tried to pry it open w/ a screwdriver) were very worn and showed a lot of tough use. It could use an update. "

Good central location for our purposes (funeral of wife's 104 year-old mother). It is near the Interstate but not close enough to be noisy. Everything worked as it is supposed to.

I like the location, it was close to all the places I needed to go. I will more than likely choose this motel again. Once the motel is completely finished (remodeling done) it will be very nice. We were in a room that was not done yet.

The room was clean? The remote for the TV didn't work, and they put us in the back of the hotel where outside music was played constantly. This hotel is par to subpart. Tell them you do not want to be in a room in the back of the hotel, because the hotel right next door, plays loud music constantly throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. Also, the staff was about as warm a night in December in Omaha. Also, our remote for the TV did not work, which after a while was annoying and they would not fix it. And, the room temperature control was stuck in the heat full blast position which made it horrible uncomfortable throughout the night. Good luck to anyone who wants to stay here.

I had a confirmation and the desk clerk said he didn't show my reservation was paid. I stood at the desk 45 minutes as she refused to give me a key. Finally she gave me one but threatened that they would charge me again. Very unprofessional and should be fired!!

My daughter and I have stayed at this Baymont before and were very comfortable, felt safe and enjoyed the comfort of our room very much.It fit our needs, as it was very accessible to the interstate and the areas we wanted to visit. We are now very familar with the motel and the area and will no doubt, stay there again!
