Date of Stay:

We were there to visit our son at the Hamilton Boys Hockey Camp. The Hotel was conveniently located to the collage. The staff was very friendly and informative.

Room was cold when we arrived, too far from interstate. Hotel was OK for the money, however room was cold when we arrived. On the bright side, the hotel staff gentleman that worked at night was extremely helpful and pleasant, considering we arrived at 4:30 am.

I stayed here while doing business near Utica. The hotel is conveniently located close to Route 12. Check in was a bit awkward, but not terrible. They gave me a government discount with no problem. They even had the tax exempt forms available. They provided me with a map of local attractions which was nice. The room was acceptable, but the bathroom was quite small. I don't know how else to describe this except to say that the halls on the second floor had an unpleasant aroma (smell) about them. I don't want to say that the room was in disrepair, but it seemed that the repair work that had been previously done was shoddy; especially around the bathroom area. The heat in this room was all-or-nothing. I tried setting it on its lowest setting, but it was still too hot. I would rate this hotel at about 2-1/2 stars on a scale from 1 to 5. There is nothing extravagant or overly posh about this hotel, but it was adequate. I would probably stay here again if nothing better was available.

Friendly, convenient, clean, didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but from the menu in the room it had a lot of choices.

We always stay at this hotel when we're in this area. It is by far the best value for the dollar. Nice, clean, decent amenities and reasonably priced.

Comfortable and clean with in-room coffee/fridge/microwave. It was a little tricky to drive back & forth from different locations. The restaurant only offered a buffet at one price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Really most everything (staff, services, etc) was fine. The only negatives were: initially driving to and from and (at least on the weekend) the restaurant only offered a buffet at one set price (no coffee and muffin).

No in room refrigerater, usually a standard now. Very quiet nice place, large parking area.

Beds way too soft, just worn out. Nothing wrong, nothing good. It's just an old hotel and if you have to be there, it's ok to stay there.

Close to shopping in area. Staff not friendly, maid knocked on door/front desk called to say just checking their questionable, business not service oriented. We were very disappointed. First hard to find. Second pool empty of water-opened May 24 to Labor Day weekend and even if had been opened, their hour were for their convenience, not the client's (hrs were 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.), I like a pool to be available when I'm at the hotel in the morning and at night-we're sometimes out and about the rest of the day. Would not recommend as rooms very small and musty smell in washroom with noisy fan.

Nothing. This hotel was a dump. The room had a smell of a dirty toilet. I would not recommend this hotel. Terrible location and the room had the smell of a dirty toilet.

It was convenient. It was a place to sleep. That is it. Location was in an industrial park. Wasn't impressed with that. It was ok. Nothing great but it was functional. The internet didn't work or work well. They said they were having trouble over the last few weeks. Get it taken care of already. There are plenty of providers available. Business people need access. Disappointed on that issue. Rest was ok I guess. Would I stay again here, perhaps.

It was ok for the money. It was ok there were aunts in the room, they didn't clean under the bed and they where rude no elevator. It was ok however a hotel with no elevator made it hard to go in and out.

Hotel was clean, and people were professional. The location, not easy to find. I found the room to be clean, and the people there friendly.

Nothing. Everything. Hotel was a throwback from the 1970's bathroom was very small, roof leaked, towels were dirty, etc. Terrible.

Close to my son's school. Better reaction to an incident that occurred in next room to ours. I have stayed at this hotel before and never had a problem until Feb 29, 2008. Two men came in late that night about 12 - 12:30 in the morning in the room next door to mine. Very loud, using vulgar music and TV was on loud. This continued until about 2:00 am when they finally went to sleep. I complained twice to the front desk, who in turn said that they would call them and take care of it. After all said and done this continued again in morning about 8:00 am with the same loudness from the TV and vulgar language. I went down to the front desk and spoke to the manager who was very sorry for their actions and only could offer me a complimentary breakfast and could not refund my money because I didn't book it with them. I only had a few hours of sleep and had to drive 3 1/2 hours home that day. Those men next door should have been thrown out of the hotel. I was afraid for myself and family, because of the vulgar language they were using that they could be violent if I confronted them. Was not happy about that night.

The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Fun bar with a live band, but far enough away from the rooms as to not bother the people trying to sleep. Great beds.

Friendly staff. Bathroom. This hotel was off the beaten path, but it was easy to get to the highway. The hotel is older and the rooms are small, but it was clean. The bathroom was outdated and very small. It was all we needed for a place to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helped with all our questions.
