Friendly staff and located next to a Starbucks is the only redeeming value this hotel has. My husband and I paid 119 for our room - and I guess you get what you pay for but all of the other hotels in Moses Lake were sold out, except the Ramada - so we had to take it. And the rooms are not worth half of the small amount we paid. When we first checked-in we were given a room on the 1st floor. This is actually below ground level and the hallways are stained and smell like cigarette smoke. The room was filthy with stained blankets and there was some sticky substance on the bathroom counter. The front desk moved us to another room, which was much more clean. However, beware of the beds because the linens are very scratchy, the bedspreads are not clean, and the blankets are like thin pieces of cardboard, complete with holes. We hardly slept at all as the beds were so miserable we could never get comfortable. When we voiced our concerns the next day, Jonathan was very nice and he moved us to a King Suite (which wasn't available at the time I made our reservation). Obviously, they bother to clean these rooms because you could tell much more care was put into it's appearance. However, still the same threadbare linens and uncomfortable bed. Water glassses were dirty. And whatever you do, don't get a room anywhere near the pool. We were on the top floor and we were constantly subjected to screaming and yelling children that echoed up from the pool. Moses Lake was sold out that weekend, otherwise we would have jumped ship after the first night. Never, ever again.

My wife and I stayed at the Ramada Moses Lake when the pass was closed this winter. The staff was very nice and our room was very clean. There beds and bedding was very comfortable and they had a great breakfest. I was also happy with their wireless internet. Finally we found a hotel that has a strong signal!! I recommend and will definately be back

This hotel was clean, nicely decorated, reasonably priced and near lots of restaurants. The pool was clean, indoor, and uncrowded. The beds were very firm - almost hard. The rooms could use more sound insulation, but overall was not bad. I would recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was ready to greet us with a smile, even though we arrived after midnight. Breakfast was ready at 5am. They provided a wonderful selection of hot and cold and even some portable items. Our room was immaculate and the housekeeping service was friendly and thorough. The hotel is located right next to the I-90 exit and several restaurants were available within walking distance. Well worth the money!

I really liked how clean the hotel was, that is a must! I did notice that the grout around the pool was breaking. My husband and I with our two boys, 14 and 12 really enjoyed our visit, the pool was available with perfect hours, and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Fairly Barron Surroundings. This hotel has easy freeway access, is surrounded by fast food and a Denny's restaurant. The facility is very clean, the bed was particularly comfortable and the upgraded showerhead provided an excellent shower. Staff were friendly, exercise equipment was fairly basic but useful nonetheless. The indoor pool was small, but would provide a distraction for kids. Overall this hotel provides excellent value for the money.
