The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location were within 15min to 30min drive to the key tourist attractions I visited (Vancouver Aquarium, Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain, Capalino Suspension Bridge, Vancouver Airport, 5mins from Metro Town). I wouldn't mind coming back to this hotel again if the price is right.

I like it feels sweet

I liked the area it was in. The staff was incredibly helpful. Well, I thought it would be a bit larger, but it was really okay. Very helpful and friendly staff! Beds were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the area of town it was located in as I enjoy Asian food very much. Will definitely use this hotel again the next time I travel to Vancouver.

went to the shopping mall and went downtown and grocery store close by. went all some tours and went on the seaboat across the water to the other side.

Separate suite beds. Unfriendly staff, no in room brochures. Mixed floor smoking and nonsmoking. Rooms are nicer than public spaces. No extras.

My only complaint was that we stayed in the old part and the elevator was broken so we had to walk 3 flights of stairs with lots of shopping bags. Not a really big deal, but would have been better with a working elevator. To get to our room we had to go through the lobby then back outside to get to the door that went upstairs. We will stay here again to make our shopping trips a little more affordable.

The online pictures of the rooms are NOT accurate, the room was small, smelly and we received absolutely a ""we could care less attitude from the front desk"". Got the impression that all they heard were complaints and were indifferent.

The Ramada, Vancouver was comfortable and clean but nothing special. It was close to restaurants but way across town from downtown Vancouver. I appreciated that they had an iron & board.

The rooms were pretty roomy. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. This hotel was okay. It was a place to stay that accommodated my friends and I for a festival in Vancouver B.C. Besides the fact that we had a decent place to stay it really was not a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was completely rude, short, refused to call a cab for my party. I was told to do it myself, when the associate behind the counter was obviously not doing anything. I probably won't stay there again.

Plumbing is in dire need of renovation...it works well but is very noisy...enough to disturb a room mate. They say that they have shuttle service..but don't count on it. The shuttle only runs at 12:30, 14:30 and 16:30.. the times when you are least likely to be in the hotel to use it. Access to transit is okay...but you need good walking shoes to get to the skytrain. You can take the Joyce St bus...but that is still a good couple of blocks hike. Grocery store, liquor store and Starbucks are across the street. No Dine Safe program in Vancouver

We stayed here for the one night after a hockey game. It is an ok place with good location. Not the nicest but not the worst either, but great for the money.

The front office staff was outstanding. When I arrived the toilet seat was dirty and I had to clean it. The hotel is old, needs refurbishing. The hotel is not in the best part of Vancouver. There is a lot of street noise heard in the room.

Plumbing is noisy. It works ago, but you know when someone is using it.Hotel claims to have a shuttle, but it is not readily available for guests...better to say no real shuttle service.Hotel is accessible to public transit but is a considerable walk to sky train station

The Ramada Inn Metrotown was a very comfortable hotel to stay in. While the rooms are nothing too spectacular and the hotel itself seems a little run down, it was good comfort for the money. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel except to sleep and shower, and it did serve its purpose well for that. Jaguar's pub which is attached to the hotel was a very pleasant place to go and relax with great staff. The location was great, 20 minutes from downtown and very close to a large shopping mall.

Great location and easy to get Downtown. Needs updating & elevator did not work due to renovation. Great location--very helpful staff--rooms could use updating.

the hotel needs renovation. the air conditioning was old and was pointed right at me and i got a cold from it basically not very well managed.

Convieniently located, I was disappointed with one of the staff. Not overly helpful. Seemed like we were putting him out by asking him questions about dining options. The rest of the staff were really great. The smoking level was horrible. I didn't know that there was such a thing as smoking in a hotel anymore. Room wasn't the cleanest. The location was really good for where we needed to go. Didn't get to try the resturant but it looked good. Overall I would go back and stay but would definatly need to be in the non smoking area.

Suite with two seperate rooms. Restaurant poor staff less than helpful. Room was good for our needs. Restaurants were not. Location in town not convenient for leisure travelers looking to view the sights of Vancouver.

The room was fine, we are bath people and the tub was uncomfortable, but adequate. The room was ok, but chilly and we could not find a thermostat, only an on off switch for an air conditionder. It was unusually cold outside for June. There seemed to be no way to go up the stairs, just down so one needed to wait for a single elevator. The food was adequate but not great. The major failing for us was the internet went down the day we arrived and was still not working 4 days later when we left. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the building in general was older and not fussily maintained. The price was reasonable but I don't think we will stay there again. I would rather pay a little more and have things a little more pridefully maintained. Everyones standards are different, of course and I think it was an adequate accommodation for the price. On the plus side there was an iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer in the room and room for hanging clothes and a bench that held two suitcases.
