This hotel is very dirty,the halls smelled of curry and other BAD spices,toilet seat was broken,cob webs in the bathroom,room had NOT been vacumed.85 degrees during our visit and NO water in the pool,Front Desk people were Not helpful or friendley my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Where do I begin, the carpet was completely dirty. THe sink was dirty and still had soap stains on it. The shower was covered in a soap scum and is no better than any bare bones motel. The bed is dirty,with stains in the sheets, and only one of the six towels was actually clean. The others actually had crusted stains on them. The staff at the front desk remained seated in their lounge chairs as I went to check in, with two of the staff purposely looking down to avoid helping me. Not exactly the model of customer service. This hotel definitely needs a revamp, and soon!!

The hotel is very old and there is not security anyone can walk into the building with out a key. The shower and carpet were both dirty.

Not too crowded and very comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms also! This hotel was very nice. Kind of hard to get too though. Inside swimming pool was great for the kids and it was not too crowded. The beds were very comfortable.

We chose Ramada from our positive experiences at other Ramada hotels. Did not reveal they were remodeling. We were located in a "finished" room, but it was dirty. The bed was made with the wrong size sheet (full instead of queen) and kept coming off during the night. The desk person was not interested in the complaint, nor in the fact that I severely stubbed my toe on the threshold into the bathroom (built too high from floor). The pool area was filty and ill-kept. CANNOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we walked into the hall to our room, it felt like a clinic. This hotel was in remodel stage, however we were told the rooms were already remodeled. Our room was not warm and inviting. I wouldn't stay there again.

When we arrived they didn't have the room we reserved. They still charged us the same and searched for a place to put us. We ended up in a room (that may have been in the process of being remodeled). The walls were filthy, full of stains and partially painted, the carpets were not vacuumed, the room was in very poor condition. The evening staff was not very pleasant. The morning staff was nicer and more pleasant to talk with, and informed us they had just taken over the hotel.

The Ramada Inn in Medford was pretty comfortable. The beds were very hard, and the top blankets on them were a little dirty, but overall it wasn't bad for the price. It was fairly cheap, and easy to find, but a little difficult to locate the entrance. I would stay there again, but bring your own pillows, and don't sleep under the top blanket. There was a restaurant and a lounge on location, which was convenient. Close to shopping as well.

I requested a room approved for dogs. This area was under re-model construction and very dangerous, with lumber and construction equipment all over the place. Dirty linens left in the hall for 4 days, The air conditioner and refigerator did not work. Workers in no shirts and shoes proped open their doors in the evenings because of the heat. We requested to be moved by other regular guests. New room had mold in the bath tub, ring around tub, funny smell in room. This was a most unpleasant hotel stay!! Request for re-embursment was not forth comming.

I was looking for an affordable room for a short visit to southern Oregon. The Ramada Medford fit the main requirement, (inexpensive,) but surprised me with a much nicer, and more comfortable room than I expected. It was very presentable, clean and QUIET. There was even a pretty impressive continental breakfast available every morning, including hot dishes. The breakfast menu wasn't very extensive, but was more than I would expect for complimentary food. The only negative aspect to its convenient location was finding access to the entrance. The hotel was easily visible from Biddle Rd., but there was no direct entrance -- you have to enter through the parking lot of a supermarket. Not a major imposition, but a directional sign or two would help. Overall, this is an excellent lodging value, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Large room, pet friendly, nice staff in bar. Very challenging to find, driveway not marked and you have to enter through a grocery store parking lot. Clean, comfortable, large rooms. Under renovation but very accommodating.

The Ramada Inn is very inconvenient due to the reconfiguration of the freeway system in Medford. You have to drive through the Food-4-Less parking lot in order to get to the hotel. Hallway entrances were closed due to some sort of remodeling which resulted in walking down an outside walkway in order to get to the lobby. Apparently the cleaning person had chosen to urinate in the toilet prior to leaving the room because there was urine on the toilet seat and a pubic hair as well. The smell was nearly unbearable. I think it's trapped in the mattress. The continental breakfast was decent, but given the lack of cleanliness in the room, I couldn't help but wonder how sanitary the eating conditions could have been. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I care about.

Very quiet! Access was awkward. This is a great place to stay on a business trip to the area, centrally located and with wonderful access to highways. Access through the grocery parking lot is confusing the first time, but parking is good. The interior rooms off the central square are very quiet.

we stayed here for 2 nights. the hair that was left behind by myself in the shower/bachroom was not cleaned out of their the first day housekeeping cleaned. upon checkout we found out that they had also checked our room out to someone else and showed the other person as the occupant, though no one ever tried to enter our room at least while we were in it. when we went through the room to verify that we had packed all of our things we found a used insulin needle that had been left in the fridge from the tenant before us, at least 3 nights prior that house keeping had never found. we showed it to the front desk upon checkout and the attitude was very unprofessional and they dismissed our concerns about having found the needle. we have 2 small children who typically always travel with us, thankfully they had not on this trip as our 3 year old would have been fascinated with the small fridge and most likely would have opened it and found the needle. i would absolutely never stay here again.
