Location and the inside rooms that overlook pool. Would like more variety for breakfast. I also stayed at the Marriott courtyard. I thought the Ramada was just as good if not better.

The overall experience was nice. Nothing. This is a nice place if you want something peaceful and quiet. A lot of restaurants were in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable.

Pool was closed for the two days we were there. Please let people know the web site if the pool is closed at the time of their travel . My child was very upset.

Location was great, friendly staff. Wall socket stopped working by the door. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location to the highway, shopping, and dining.

Staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was great. Facility was clean and quiet. The staff was efficient, and friendly. We had a group of 15 and all were satisfied with the accommodation. The continental breakfast was great especially the waffles.

We had a first floor room and it was convenient to parking, lobby, restaurant and pool area. The room was clean and quiet. Fit our purpose for being in Macon, GA at this time.

It was convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping. The front desk person was very friendly and courteous. The room was equipped with both a microwave and a refrigerator.

Shower walls were filthy. Mattress was too firm. Coffee was horrible. For the money, it was acceptable. Maintenance and cleaning of rooms needs attention. Flat, worn out pillows on bed. The staff was great- very friendly. For a quick stay in the area, it was fine. Could hear noise in room behind mine. Free breakfast featured greasy eggs and hash browns with rock hard bacon.

They offered breakfast and actually took sheets off bed when cleaning room. I would rather not, I just won't be staying at this hotel again.

Great location. Friendly and clean. Coffee maker carafe too short for to trigger drip of coffee. Love it. Close to everything needed nice pool and lounge. I would gladly return.

I loved the customer service and also the continental breakfast which was very good! The size of the room was really small compared to what I am used to. The holiday inn west Macon is a very nice hotel. It is clean and very easy to access. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations since I¿m only used to bagels, coffee, and juice at most hotels that I stay in.

Hotel Staff Very Accommodating Especially Sarah at Front Desk. Night clerk young man not very friendly. Room one day not cleaned, however staff very sorry and accommodating to what we needed and the remainder of our stay was great.

Excellent location close to shopping, food, etc. This hotel was just a stopover for us to Florida. It was clean, convenient, and the staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was great!

Price was right. Don't feel that a motel should rank a 2.5 star rating. I think motel should be 2 or less. Overall it worked. Not thrilled by it though.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Flint Mi, but not the one in Macon. I enjoyed my stay. I would have loved to have my daily paper delivered to my room daily.

Rooms were nicely styled - up to date The rooms were very small and cramped - the bath tub was old and cruddy Overall I was disappointed that this hotel was a 2-1/2 star rated hotel. We were expecting something a little more upscale - this was a very typical run of the mill hotel - nothing unusual except for the incredibly small room.

The interior of lobby and room exceeded my expectations. The location was average and it was a little noisy. The motel was upscale to like motels and although the rooms were average, the amenities exceeded expectations, which made for a good value. The motel is well-positioned to freeways and main roads and the staff seemed customer-focused. We would stay here again.
