Nothing. Too far from the airport, sketchy neighborhood, smokey, next to intersate - loud! This was our first time to stay at a Ramada and it will be our last. First off, their shuttle wouldn't come get us after 10:30pm or would take us to our flight the next day since it was too early. We had to pay an additional $40 for cabs. It was located in a bad area nearliquor stores. They initially put us in a smoking room and we had to go back down and change rooms. Also, our room was next to the interstate so we slept horribly.

This hotel was a nice hotel. Friends and I came on a tour of Texas seeing different cities and staying at various hotels. This hotel was a little outside of the city. I thought it would be closer, but during certain hours traffic into and out of the city could be hectic and I would suggest using side streets instead of the highway. Taking a taxi into the city was costly too. The hotel itself I would have to say had no problems. Breakfast was decent, it had a different supply of various things that sufficed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was that all of the ice machines did not work; However, ask at the front desk and they help you get ice from the machines. There is a swimming pool, but it was not open while we were there. Coming from Buffalo, NY where it was snowing and the temperature was in the mid-80's it would have been nice if the pool was open. I would definitly stay here again.

My family and I went to go to a Dallas Cowboy football game. Go ?Cowboys?.Anyway, that hotel was great. We were right in the middle of everything. Every day we would get great advice from Nastassia and Josh at the front desk. We thank you for helping plan our daily adventures. We felt like we went everywhere and everything was so close. We had a great adventure downtown, and at Medieval times, and at the Flight Museum at the airport. My son?s favorite was taking the Train from the American Airline center to downtown Fort Worth. My favorite part was that it cost me less than 10. It was a complete adventure just traveling on the train. My other favorite part. Parking my car and not having to drive it everywhere. Please tell all the van drivers how much we appreciated them driving us out to lunch and dinner and to the airport. We went to so many great fun restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by them. We enjoyed the health club and thank goodness you had the laundry room. My other favorites. Just relaxing at the Gazebo by the pool while my youngest was getting his afternoon nap. The kids loved getting to come down and get their own free breakfast and we appreciate that you letting them eat twice each morning. And for letting them use the computers. That just gave me a little more down time. Everything was great! Next time, though, I am flying in and taking advantage of your free shuttle to the airport. Till next time. Thanks for the fun ? The participation ? The Memories. The Entire Garcia Family

Nothing at all. The hotel was not even cleaned properly. I complained. I don't even think they own a vacuum cleaner. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Great hotel. The staff was great and very informed about the hotel as well as the area. The shuttle was great and so was the breakfast. 5 out of 5 stars

We came to Dallas for a business trip and just needed a place to sleep. Unfortunately, there was a party at the pool that night that lasted past 2 am. with music so loud we couldn?t sleep. We complained 3 times and were told the party had paid for the loud sound system. No one cared that the party was disturbing all the hotel guests even though they admitted others were complaining. The music was temporarily turned down only when I threatened to call the police. Unbelievable that they would let a party disturb every guest in the hotel!!!

Location is not preferable - no food or amenities near; generally bad smell throughout. The room itself was nice, 2+, however, the general service and location are not.

It took 45 minutes to check in. The wifi Internet only worked once during my 4 day stay and the business center Internet was slow. No restaurants nearby. Service was not friendly.I will not stay there again.

The service. The exercise equipment. Easy to get to, close to major Highways, nice staff.

Rooms were good, price was very reasonable, continental breakfast was quite adequate, service from the front desk very good. Oscar was outstanding, picking us up at the airport, service to and from a nice restaurant, and back to the airport. Much more than we expected. We'll stay again. Thanks Ramada, Love Field.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The outdoor pool was closed. We would definitely stay here again! It was right of the Highway and easy to find. The woman that helped us check in was super nice. When we checked out in the morning the staff was wonderful too! The breakfast was adequate, would have been nice to have more of a selection, but it worked. It also would have been nice to have an indoor pool, or at least a pool that was open. The room was very clean and fit our needs wonderfully! Definitely will come back next time we're in Dallas!

Their transportation availability. Loved the hotel. Nothing to dislike. Exceptional staff.

The cleanliness. The unfriendliness of the morning hotel staff. The hotel was clean and the evening people were somewhat nice. However, the two desk workers in the morning made my stay terrible. When we asked about a receipt for our stay they both told us (very abrupt) that we could not have a receipt. When we asked about transportation to the airport and it did not arrive, we found out that desk person did not call the van until we asked for about the 3rd time. The person that drove the van said that she had picked up many people that were unhappy at the hotel. I tried to call the Ramada about it but they said that I would have to call the actual hotel itself and talk to them about it.

Quiet. Keycard readers out of order on the outside doors. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet for the location. Hallways had a faint old cigarette odor. The shower in my bath had mildew growing under the caulking. Other than that, an OK place for the business person to spend a night.

Price. Location, quality of accommodations, three tries before staff got us into the right room. If you're desperate for cheap accommodations near love, try it at your own risk.

Very close to Texas stadium and love field airport. Hotel shuttle outrageously expensive. Front desk staff not overly friendly or helpful, but hotel room was nice and clean and price.

Not very much. They advertised shuttle service to the air port and the shuttle service did not start until 7:00 am. Our flight was at 7:00 am. If they had mentioned that the shuttle did not start until 7:00 I would have booked another place. We were informed they would call us a cab at 6:30. And if we missed the plane that was our fault.
