We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and loved the experience. The mattresses were brand new then and were still pretty good in the room we had. But we were moved to 3 different rooms - finally ending up in a handicap room which gets a lot less usage. The 1st room had water in the trash cans from leaks from the room above. The air conditioner wouldn't cool in the 2nd room. The 3rd room had two wall outlets that wouldn't work and a couple of bugs in the bathroom. My 87 year old mother stayed in a room down the hall. When she called for some help with a spider in her room, the front desk called us. They had no one else to turn to. Another couple with our group had very noisy neighbors two nights in a row, that the hotel wasn't willing to action. The breakfast items were minimal, the internet terminal in the lobby was broken, and we heard several other guests complaining of similar as well as other issues. The pool gel coat needs some serious maintenance and the overall appearance is borderline dumpy. The staff was nice but the place needs some serious maintenance.

Good value for the price. Great place to just crash which is what I needed. Bathroom was too small and the first non smoking room smelled like smoke. This hotel was a no frills hotel. The first non smoking room smelled of stale smoke. I asked to be moved and they did oblige. The guy at the front desk acted like it was somewhat of a problem but he did move us promptly. The hotel itself could use a few repairs and the continental breakfast could have been a little fresher however for the price it was ok. The location was pretty good, it was near stores and restaurants, and since it was just a place for my son and I to sleep it met our needs quite well.

We saw good reviews about this place on the travel agent's online website. We arrived late and they had no record of our reservation and only had a room with some water leak problems, but were told they were minor. The carpet in front of the AC unit was soaking wet the entire time we were there. I talked to the front desk about it 3 different times. They sent a nice guy to come look at it, but he didn't fix it and no one came up to extract the carpet. We won't go back!

The Ramada Inn was very comfortable. Having an iron, hair dryer and coffee maker was very helpful. The continental breakfast was good. A mini fridge would have been a good idea since it was in the 90's and humid. The ice machine was at the far end of the building, one floor up, so not that convenient. All in all, I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again.

Clean and attractive. The breakfast. The coffee and gravy was cold. Hotel was nice. I was completely satisfied with the facility, room and staff persons. Breakfast was poor. Price was a mediocre value. Not the savings I had hoped for.

"The hotel was in a very good location, the rooms were clean, the price was very competitive, & the staff were very helpful. There were two things that stopped them from getting a 5-star ratings. One was that the showers took 10minutes to get hot. The front desk said that if you stay in the 101-108 rooms that the hot water heaters were on the other side of the property and that it takes 5-10 minutes for the hot water to reach those rooms. Also, the smoke detector in my room went off very early in the morning (while I was sleeping). I would stay here again!"

The Ramada Inn in Franklin, TN was not up to my satisfaction at all. The evening we arrived the lobby smelled like sewer. It was a very hot weekend and most of the hotel's hall and lobby air conditioners did not work. The remote to the t.v did not work, the pool was not open and when it finally did open there were about 2 lounge chairs, 2 tables with a few chairs and that's it. The hotel staff at the front office were not interested in helping us out at all and were somewhat rude when we spoke with them. The continental breakfast was not very accomodating and they constantly ran out of things and were in no hurry to replenish them. They did not give the Ramada name a very good representation.

Conveyances. The bed was not comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to our destination. We chose the option to have the comfort bedding and it was not very comfortable. The hotel overall was clean and the continental breakfast was good. I would not stay at this location again.

We stayed 6 nights at the Ramada Inn Limited in Franklin, TN. Everytime the maid came to clean the rooms the hall smelled like cigarettes. The limited part of the name was true....no frills. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6 - 10 am, but if you got there after 9 forget it. You had to scrape the bottom of the pan for any sausage gravy. Once they ran out of stuff they weren't quick to refill it. On a positive note, the staff was fabulous and helpful and the room was clean. We had hoped that the pool would be open, but it was still covered. Location was a good location, close to town but out of the busy area. We had a good experience in Franklin despite the crummy food at the hotel. Franklin, Tennessee doesn't have a shortage of great eating establishments and the people of the town are warm, friendly and make you feel right at home.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Out of coffee, out of juice, AC didn't work consistently. The location is hidden. I had to call them to find the place. Everyone is super friendly and it's clean, but our AC didn't work correctly, the TV remote was taped together, and the breakfast was sub-par on any level.

"We were there 3 days. The rooms were impeccably clean and I have a keen sense of CLEAN. It was new so some of the reviews obviously weren't for this hotel. For the money, you can't go wrong. There was a computer that was easy to use and accessbile. During a busy weekend, it might be hard to access. The breakfast was fine for one morning, but by the 3rd morning we were ready for something different. "

"We were looking for a clean, quiet (away from main traffic noise), and affordable place to stay while visiting our children for Christmas. This place is neat as a pin, close to Rt.65 but is located away from the noise of traffic. We had everything that you could want in an affordable room and a courteous staff to boot. I will be looking forward to our next stay here. It is close to food, shopping, entertainment and virtually anything you might want for a long or short stay. Thanks Ramada!"

"We loved the location - by itself, away from the hustle and bustle of the interstate exit. The lot is secluded - the 19th century cemetary is a big plus. The room was large if spare and clean. The staff was courteous and pleasant. I will stay here again and again and recommend it to others."
