Friendly and eager staff; great location to restaurants, area attractions, interstates; clean and quiet atmosphere; have stayed here a few times in recent years and have always had a pleasant experience.

The "Ramada Clarks Suumit" is ok if you are a smoker. It has the smell of stale smoke in the air once you get off the elevator. The pool was nice and warm but there were no towels to dry off with. There is some real nice restaurants around the area.

Well located near highway and other services. Bathroom need updating to remove mold in grouting in the tiles. Hotel was well located for travelers with friendly, attentive staff. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable but some work in bathrooms to provide a fresher, cleaner appearance.

This hotel accommodated all of our needs. Our group had 8 rooms and great deal on them. The staff went out of their way to help us and make us comfortable. The rooms were clean. The discount with Damon's was great, since we ate there all 5 nights. We will be back next year!

My husband and I went for my birthday and mainly for the pool and free breakfast. The pool and hot tub were filthy; the breakfast non-existent and the bathroom tub drained so slow it filled while I showered. I won't stay there again especially if you are looking to hang out at the hotel as part of your visit.

Workers were friendly and informative. No Jacuzzi. Pool area very moist, towels were damp. The hotel is being renovated at the time of my stay. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good a lot of different foods to choose from. The hostess was very nice and helpful.

My friends and I visiting for wedding and found Ramada to satisfy all our needs. From elegant ballroom to clean, comfortable room, topped off with just the right amount for breakfast. Great coffee!!

Cleanliness. Breakfast. I stayed for 1 night. The staff was very friendly, and quite lively. There was virtually no trash on the floors whatsoever. Even down to small papers. Well kept. The heat/cooling unit kept us warm. Wireless internet, very convenient. Comfortable beds and pillows. Smoking rooms available provided ashtrays. Bathroom equipped with heat light to keep your feet warm, very hot though, so don't tough it. Continental breakfast was lame though. Overall, it's a great stay. And would recommend it for any occasion.

It was clean. We had people on our floor who were very loud & the people that worked there did nothing to help us! We had a hockey team staying on the same floor has us. The 1st night we called the service desk 2 times asking them to do something. All they did was tell the people not to be so loud they were loud till 12am. 2nd night we called the desk 4 times they did the same thing asking the people not to be so loud. They said they could not help us.

The staff was very helpful and the deal with the restaurant next door was cool. Nothing that I can think of. Clean pleasant atmosphere. Close to the Northeast Extension and room service provided by the Grill restaurant next door.
