Ramada hotel- Belfast review 150709Friendly and helpful staff providing good service in a luxuriant but competitively priced hotel & the breakfast was excellent both in quality and range.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Lovely hotel but it was very slightly colder than it should have been in Mid December. Also the noise from the singer in the bar was so loud as to make conversation impossible (can't be good for the hearing of staff members who probably have to endure suchlike on regular occasions). A quiet lounge where one could relax with friends over a drink would be very nice.

We were very pleased with the hotel and all the facilities. We made full use of the pool and sauna. Breakfast was lovely (and included in the price). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast :-)

No response to room service requestI arrived at the hotel late at night after a long journey and hold up at the airport. Having missed the dinning room times and feeling hungry as I had not eaten since lunch time, I ordered a sandwich from room service. I did not receive any food or an explination, after an hour and a half I gave up and went to sleep.

£5/ hour for internet access Simming pool closed whenever I wanted to use it, but if you do get in be prepared to hire a cap and a towel

Business tripThis is my second stay in this hotel. I use it as it includes the free use of a good gym and health centre. Parking is plentyful, the rooms are large and comfortable, if a little dark. I would definately stay there next time in Belfast.

excellent hotel on the outer ring road, therefore ideal for getting onto M1, M2 & M3. Accommodation is first class, choice of three eating areas in the evening and breakfast is to die for !! great value for money with use of Fitness First adjoining hotel free of charge

Overall very relaxed stay. Breakfast should have been included in the overall price. Jacuzzi in leisure centre only luke-warm.

Accommodation clean and well presented for price. Breakfast first class. Some of the drinks were expensive and there was nowhere pleasant to sit outside during the mini heat wave. Leisure centre undergoing refurb but adequate.

Belfast ramadaThe hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help out.We didn't eat in the restaurant(s) for dinner but the breakfast was very good.Very nice sized room. The swimming pool and facilities at LA Fitness were very tired though. This all needs to be refurbished.

I really like the peace & quiet, friendly staff.Location is great for a break from work. Shuttle to City with a super friendly driver. Food options in bar are limited but restaurant and Indian restaurant on-site great. The breakfast was wide and varied, suiting all tastes. Also, really helps to have a pool and fitness centre on site also. Perfect business hotel without the pretensions of the downtown bigger brands. But of all, the staff are wonderful.
