The room was very dirty. And the next morning there was no hot water and clean towels. So we bought towels and boil water.

Good price, and a clean room. Green pool water. Good price, clean room, and quiet.

Note that this hotel is NOT IN COCOA BEACH as the name would suggest. The staff were rude.

I found my room to be very hot so turned the AC on high, went for dinner and sightseeing in the area. Returned 2.5 hours later to find my room as hot as I had left it earlier. Called the front desk to request another room...one with a working AC and was told that there were no other rooms available.

Location. Almost everything. Poor facility, bathroom had horrible paint job, toilet required a long hold on handle to work, bathroom counter leg was broken, desk had a broken leg, wireless Internet was occasional at best, was a spotty motel 6 at best, very disappointing for a Ramada.

We went to Cocoa fl. for spring training for our son. The hotel was in the perfect location for this (within walking distance) . The hotel needed up keep. The rooms appeared to be clean, but our coffee maker wasn't always cleaned out, bath room was in need of up grade, the hot water came out as a trickle. The walls and ceiling paint was peeling. There was also no place to eat or shop. there were alot of quick marts. The breakfast was ok, but when we arrived 8pm the only spot to eat was in the Bar, and I guess you can still smoke in bars, so we were very surprised, ate quickly and left we never went back. Even the Bartender was smoking. If you want to sit down and eat you have to Go to Coca Beach which was 12 miles away, Or you can go to the I Hop and Waffle house which were always packed. There was also fast food close.

This hotel had very poor maintenance, I was shocked with a good jolt of electricity when I brushed up next to one of the ice machines. Most of the ice machines were out of service. When I mentioned the shocking experience, they seemed not worried. I also got the impression they knew about the problem allready. The morning breakfast thing was a disaster, everything was empty, and they shut down early. They rigged up the AC units so you could not cool the room down below 72. I took the unit apart and fixed that myself. I am not that pickey about things, their are very few hotels I would not stay in again, but this is one of them.

Let us park our cars for free while on a cruise. Public areas were not clean.

Ramada should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel. It was absolutely disgusting. My children's socks were black from walking on the floors, the sheets were not changed in one of the beds, the bedding was old, smelly and dirty, the overall decor was outdated, and we were promised 2 cribs but then were told they only had one. It shared the same property as a Motel 8. It really was a terrible experience and there is absolutely no way I will ever stay in a Ramada again!

This is by far the worst thing ive ever seen.. first of all we checked in, went out to the beach and we were dog tired at that point came back to the hotel and were about to goto sleep. friend came out of the bathroom there and said I wouldnt take a shower in there without sandles on, and he killed some kind of bug. And that got me thinking so i took the sheets off the bed and looked seen bugs crawling around in the bed no one believed me then i made them look closer. sure enough we checked out of the hotel at 1 am. There was even a childs handprint in the paint of the door.

The front desk staff was very nice, they called me to make sure I liked my room. Girlfriend was scared to sleep there. We almost left to find another hotel. I am surprised that this hotel does not rent rooms by the hour. I assume that the hotel bar attracts less than desirable with the 2 beers. Then they hang out all night around the property. The room had alot of rust and chipped paint, the furniture was outdated and the carpet was stained. The wall was lined in floor to ceiling mirrors next to the bed (Definitely not a romantic evening).

Many sub-par aspects of the hotel as compared to what was on the website. Outside heated pool is only heated Dec-Feb (site didn't say that), Pizza Hut Express advertised as on the site at the hotel had been closed, the continental breakfast was not ""Deluxe"", pretty bad actually, constantly had problems with the room key cards, and the carpets were really dirty (if you wore white socks in the room, the bottoms would end up black before too long), and the beds gave me a backache in the morning.

The hotel was fine for the price, but needs some upkeep. Stairs were cracked and paint severely chipped. The room was clean, though, and would just be much better if some updates were made.

The pool area was nice. The doors to the rooms and lack of a recent paint job.

The Ramada was very close to the Cocoa Expo where my grandson was playing baseball.

Nothing. The hotel was filthy. The place was filthy and I do not mean just dirty. It was beyond description. There were roaches and ants. It really was beyond belief. The only thing that I can say nice was that the front desk lady and the restaurant waitress were very nice.

I am surprised that this is a Ramada owned hotel, the room was filthy and my husband came out with bed bug bites all over him, the sheets weren't cleaned from the previous occupants, not talking about the comforter, the actual sheets. The TV didn't work unless you played with the buttons. The sink stopper was broke and wouldn't drain unless you reached underneath to push it up. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to port canavral. Appearance old and dull. The hotel was convenient and fine for the one night that we stayed. If I had been staying for any longer I would have wanted to be somewhere nicer.

the hotel was located off the interstate in a densly lighted, unsecure area.We checked in right around dusk and the room they gave us had NO phone, and the TV had bad reception and 4 stations wich we could barely see, since we had no phone my husband had to walk to the office to tell them of this, they gave us another room, after we moved all our stuff alone (mu hubbys handicapped)we came to find the hot water handle was stripped out and did not work, again no phone in the room for the 2nd time my husband walked down to the office to tell them of this. They gave him back the key to the 1st room we were in and told him to take showers there and then bring back the key, after his shower the tub was backed up, so wet and about 40degrees outside he walked to the office AGAIN, this time they sent a guy (it was about 9:30pm ) with a screwdriver who told us some soccer team had just left and they had no time to check the rooms, he could not fix the problem so he sent me to yet ANOTHER room to take my shower and run back to our room in 40 degree weather,I do have a cold now. The next morning we went back to the office and told them we did not want to stay another night and the lady promised us things would be working when we returned that afternoon, we didnt want to have a confrontation with her,so we agreed, that afternoon we went back to the room (wich was the 2nd one they gave us) still no phone but the water handle was working, we were tired and my husband needed to rest so we stayed and checked out the next morning. I have never, ever been treated like that at ANY hotel ever in my life and will never return to Ramada Inn...ever. We are very dissatisfied with the place.
