NA. Needs more ice machines. We stay at this particular Ramada on occasion for overnight romantic getaways. It suits our needs well without being overly expensive. The staff is friendly and they have a nice pool and workout area.

"Unattentive staff", "no good mornings, good evenings, how are you doing, no hellos, no smiles".......the cleaning staff were more courteous and willing to help than their front desk staff.......training classes for this staff are in order as soon as possibe, i mean please teach these people basic customer service skills....gosh!!!

Nice breakfast buffet - clean hotel with very little crowds when I was there. Did have to change rooms as my peep hole in the door had been removed and you could see into the room from the hallway! I would stay there again..

Had a meeting at the hotel. Hotel was a lot nicer than I had expected. Amenities and staff were outstanding. They really went out of their way to help me out. The lounge was a nice touch. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They smelt really fresh and clean as I walked in. Breakfast was very extensive the next morning. Overall had a great trip. Would definitely recommend.

The toilet ran, you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop, there was no ice, the machine was broken, the toilet tissue dispenser was loose in the wall and came out every time, there were too many pillows and none were of sufficient size or comfort. The carpet had seen better days, bring your slippers or be prepared to throw your socks out when you leave. But with a little work, this could be a very good inexpensive business hotel.

Was in the area for business for a few days, and booked the hotel based on price and the photographs. Was pleasantly surprised, wirelesss throughout, good breakfast included. The location was convenient off the access highways, the front desk did go out of their way to accomodate a few requests. Will come again if in area.

We had stayed at the hotel for about 5 days in October when we came for our niece's wedding. The hotel was very nice, we did not have the highest expectations considering the price, but we were very happy with the service and comfort of the hotel when we got there. We had 2 minor mishaps that were professionally addressed by the owner himself. The wedding reception was held at the hotel and it was great, everyone was raving about the dinner served to us. Would not hesitate to visit again ! - Linda.

The bar is never open and the restaurant is nonexisting unless you're at the banquet. There is no hot tub and the pool is tiny. The hot breakfast buffet is continental. If short staffed you have to go down to get what you need. Skipped cleaning our room and are all lazy! The website mislead us to believe it had it all and it would be perfect. It has nothing.

"The front desk staff and the pool were outstanding, but the overall experience was ruined by the bad odor from the room and elevator. Breakfast was closed 30 minutes early, before my son got there to eat."

"We booked our stay at this hotel at the last minute and did not know anything about but it except what we found online and we were nicely surprised. This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was definately a value for the price. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the facility was quiet and clean. If we asked for something we got it right away. There is no fridge or frills in this room but it is comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast could have been a little more but for the price of the room we could afford breakfast. "

"We had a great time at this hotel on North Ave. The people were very nice and helpful. The room was nice, beds comfortable, great massaging shower head. The pool was nice too."
