Nice room and smoke free lobby. No room service and restaurant ran out of food at Sun.

I liked the level of customer service of the hotel staff. It would have been nice if they had more than one restaurant and had room service. This is a nice hotel and casino in Reno, Nevada a few blocks away from many hotels and casinos downtown. It is a good hotel room for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a budget.

Very friendly staff, upgraded our room to a suite because of a big party going on where our 1st room was located. The suites are back to back with the elevator so you hear it going everytime someone gets on.

Convenient location and good value. Good value, clean and comfortable.

Easy access to main arterials and highways. Isolated - in a rundown area.

Clean, large room, free internet. Found a few stains on the bed sheet, pillow too soft.

For an older hotel the rooms were still good quality. It needs an upgrade which they are going to do, I think. 2 things were not okay, I asked the receptionist to put me as high up as she could. This was a large Hotel of 14 stories and the best she could do on a Saturday morning was the 6th floor? I was sure they did not get that many more people dropping in after that. I called the housekeeping manager and asked her not to come in and replace towels or do any clean up of my room the next day (Sunday), And when we came back they had come in. I stayed in on Memorial weekend.

Great for the price; well-decorated in the rooms. Lack of staff for maids; dining room; telephone wake-up calls. Overall the experience was good just needs some more employee help.

Comped breakfast after fire alarm at 3:20 am. Fire alarm at 3:20am and two double beds. The two double beds were too small, one queen would have been better. The first night the fire alarm went off at 3:20 am and lasted for over 30 minutes! Many people wanted to be comped for the night but they wouldn't do it. We did get a free breakfast though. It's a nice hotel, too bad about the alarm.

Away from the action of other casinos. Hotel was adequate for our needs - rooms were small but clean and staff was very friendly. They provide a shuttle for the airport which was good.

The people were great. The slots weren't the best. I was in Reno to get married, the hotel employees were very nice and they remembered me after we got married they all congratulated us.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Outside of building needs updating. We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice room we had at a very reasonable cost. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Reno. We will definitely use priceline.com in the future and recommend it to our friends and relatives.

I liked the quiet atmosphere and the gals at the front desk were informative and friendly.

It's quite a walk to the main strip. I wouldn't walk it ifI didn't have friends with me.

It was cheap. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. This was probably a decent hotel thirty years ago. Now, however it is old and nasty and the whole place smelled like smoke from the lobby to the rooms- and we had a non-smoking room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't care to breath in decade old cigarette smell.

Friendly service, nice room. Exterior could use some repairs. Nice hotel. Easy to find from the freeway. Thought the service was quite good. I had the restaurant all to myself, which was kind of nice. Nice room. Had a beautiful view of the sunrise over the city. One of the few bones I have to pick is that non-smoking rooms should be designated non-smoking, not used for smoking customers, and then aired out for non-smoking use. No matter how hard you try, the smell of smoke remains.

I would not recommend it. Uncomfortable beds and room was dusty in all corners and on top of TV where I found a bud light cap.

Lady at the desk. All staff was very accommodating. Not close to other eating places.
