The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly Nothing really The hotel met my expectations. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

My bathroom had black mold growing on the top 3 inches of the walls near the ceiling, when making the bed myself, I found an old moldy drink bottle under the side of the bed near the wall and as well as some large clump of moldy food-stuff. It appears as if the cleaning staff has never used any sort of crevice tool when "cleaning" my room as there were crumbs from a previous tenant all around the night stand and between the bed and the wall. The advertisement said they have "pillow top" mattresses, but apparently the believe that to mean that they place the pillows that you rest your head on, on top of the mattress because my mattress was hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. My back still aches a week later. Also, there was a fair amount of construction being performed on-site which the online travel agency failed to notify me of

I stayed here with my mother and sister on our shopping trip. The room was very nice and clean. Water pressure was fantastic. Extremely friendly staff. Only regret was that we didnt try the dining room - it looked great. Bar service very nice. Will definitely stay here again. A hidden treasure.

Great place and would stay there again. Some construction going on outside but it never interfered with our stay. Our son goes to UB so this worked out great and the price was reasonable.

Located conveniently to visit Niagara Falls. Breakfast provided was sumptuous. Staff was courteous and helpful. We could have had better general lighting in the room. Comfortable and friendly. Strongly recommend particularly for senior citizens.

Friendly staff & easy check-in. Rooms are starting to show age. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work properly, wallpaper peeling, some mold in shower area. Needs updating

This was so very nice. I loved the hospitality of everyone at the hotel. It had a nice restaurant and I was comfortable and safe. It is very close to University at Buffalo north Campus - which was awesome

Better for knowing; initial impressions not at all favorable. The room offered us was rank and had strong tobacco odor. The location is marred by construction works at the front entrance which is a disappointment as the blurb talks about the parkland setting. Front desk is reasonably efficient but not over welcoming. Bar and restaurant service ok we had a good evening meal; bedrooms adequately equipped, but this is a tired hotel, AC very noisy. We did not experience any of the Conference facilities.

My family and I were totally impressed from the warm welcome we received when we checked in to the delicious food we had in the Embers Grill Restaurant sitting by the fire place. The location was great, close to the college campus and the local shopping mall. We had a room with two queen beds, and looked like they were just renovated. I also liked the fact that they had free wireless internet. The free breakfast bar was outstanding! We made our own waffles, which tasted as good as they looked! We'll be back...

This property (Ramada in Amherst, NY) was quite delightful. Stayed during the weekend of a severe winter storm, and everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was very nice, the beds were comfy and the complimentary continental breakfast was one of the best we have had.

Very cozy location and everything was so clean and nice! I really can't complain about anything. It was great! This Ramada is so beautiful! My husband and I had a great time. The staff is very nice and the location is perfect. It's set back off the road and surrounded by trees. Everything was sparkling clean and they had nice Christmas music playing. Everything was decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

I had reserved 2 rooms and had paid in advance. But when I went there to checkin, I got a shock when the attendent told me that I had only 1 room. The person attending was not ready to listen to me. I had to somehow get the confirmation print and then the person was convinced.

Best place to visit and stay near to niagara with low price range.

Economical, double queen beds. The night shift staff answered without checking the customer's information and promising something that the hotel cannot carry out. The coffee maker is so dirty that I didn't dare to use it.

The hotel was fine, clean but a little tired looking. There was hanging space with rods, but no closet. AC was good and bath had a good shower head. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet/dining room was poorly staffed. It was always backed up and although I wanted to order from a menu, which was an option, I finally gave up. One person appeared to be handling the entire dining room. The buffet was good but was not refilled consistently. There was a long line for coffee which had run out. It was in a nice and safe part of town and convenient to travel on the next morning to Canada. A good place to stay a night before going on to Canada so that you can check into a special room there early.

It was clean, staff was very helpful and responsive, and it was conveniently located near the college. Outside construction and limited signage made it a little hard to find. We were very pleased with the courteous demeanor off all staff that we came in contact with. The room was clean and the breakfast and location were a pleasant surprise for us.

The room was big. Did not have a swimming pool. -It is good to host a one-day event but the lack of a swimming pool was puzzling, because it seemed fairly new, there was plenty of space to put one, especially when there is a spa and fitness center & restaurant on site. Self-containment is good for a remote hotel billing itself as a conference center which is all the more reason to put a pool there.

The staff was very friendly and professional. There is no pool at this hotel. The staff at the Ramada was very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable with its 2 queen size beds. The continental breakfast had a nice selection of pastries, cereals, juices, etc. It is conveniently located in the town of Amherst, a suburb of Buffalo that is approx 15 to 20 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes or so to Niagara Falls.

Price and convenience. The bathtub was dirty. Overall, a good stay.
