The room had a lot of space and the shower was awesome. The bar area was a very boring place but was friendly. If you are traveling in the area this place is perfect. So overall whenI go back to Ligonier we will for sure to stay at this hotel.

Very accommodating to my needs. Clean, and exellent customer service. Close to highways and byways, near my destination. Very accommodating customer service. I was leaving earlier than the continental breakfast served and the staff had it for us available, earlier than they usually serve. Great staff!

Great location and atmosphere. The coffee maker inside the room was not clean. The old grinds were still in the maker. If you’re looking for a nice hotel that is close to parks, recreation, dining, and shopping - this hotel would be the best in town.

Very clean rooms and bedding. Bug in shower but it may have been a single occurrence. AC needed maintenance. Very clean rooms. Front desk evening and night staff were very nice and willing to help with any problems including squashing the big bug and changing my room in the middle of the night due to a malfunctioning AC unit. Nice, but small outdoor pool. Gym facilities limited but ok for 2 star hotel. No restaurant or room service available on Sunday evening/night. Not much available in town either.

Right in the center of everything. Main street has many shops we walked to. My kids loved it. And it is a short walk away from my grandmothers. Very noisy if someone is in a room next to you. You can hear them. I heard a little girl crying while getting a bath and conversations at 1a.m. The hotel is very nice. It is very clean and very kid friendly. Whatever I called the front desk for, they quickly came with the items. I rented a refrigerator for $20, only to realize, I had no microwave to heat our food back up that we ordered out. I wish they had microwave as well. I also think that the fridges and the microwaves should come in the bigger rooms as a standard, or if you are traveling with children or as a family. That way you can eat out and save and reheat for the kids or for you to try to save some money as eating out 3x a day can be pricey for a family. I could have gone to the dollar general and got some plates and utensils had I had a microwave along with the fridge and saved about $200 in food expenses. We will definitely be going back there to stay; as we have family there we were visiting. But hopefully they will have microwaves as well along with the refrigerators to rent, if not in the bigger rooms, or the entire rooms. The hotel can be a bit loud though. You can hear people next to you coming and going and their conversations and so on. I heard people next to me bathing their daughter and she was screaming very early in the morning. Also I heard them come in the night before at 1:30 am. and what all they were talking about. It is hard to get a good nights sleep because of hearing others or loud doors closing or so on throughout the night. Because of the hotels convenience and being close to Maine street and my grandmother's house, I will definitely stay there again. I have stayed there in the past as well. It is very clean and the staff is very nice. Especially the young man at the front desk and the woman with the accent (Russian maybe) the day we were

I am originally from Ligonier and I remember the Ramada was being built so I know how old the hotel is. The pool opens late and closes early. For an older hotel I thought it was a nice room very clean and the staff was very cordial.

Close to local attractions. Excellent security inside. Had a filthy bathtub. Did not resolve matter when brought to their attention. Unclean trays and hallways. Friendly when we came in. Friendly on the way out. Not very helpful when trying to resolve customer issues. Convenient location to local attractions and businesses. Highly recommended for that reason.

I was where I needed it to be. Not the quietest place I have stayed. Elevator was unpredictable. Parking not the best. Adequate for the location, price, and the fact I just needed to get some rest before I continued my trip. I was placed in a room near an entrance from the parking area and the swimming pool. Not my choice at all, but was what there was. Perhaps it would be better to eliminate these rooms. I was surrounded by loud conversation and crying children. I was very tired, though, so I did not care at this point.
