This hotel was a lot better than I expected. We only stayed one night, but it was great. Near everything. Just a few minutes from Disney. Very clean. The pool looked nice. It was two story with no elevator, but we were right by the stairs so it wasn't too bad. Had to wait for a front desk clerk for a few minutes (to show up) and that is really my only complaint.

This hotel is everything you're looking for...inexpensive, and definately very comfortable and close to Disney parks. It was really quiet all 6 nights we were there and the beds and pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was some of the things (microwave) was very outdated. There was a lizard in our room and it took forever for anyone to come up and assist it out! Other than that the maids come in every day and make your bedding and change all towels. C/A and Refridge! Very nice!

The room was somewhat clean my daughter found hair behind the toilet in the bathroom You had to play with the bathroom light a few times to get it to go on There was no hot water in the sink....the faucet was not working so I had to shave with cold water or use the tub The bed was one of the good points ...it was hard enought so I not wake up with a backache

WAS JUST THERE TO REST AND SLEEP FROM GOING TO DIFFERENT DISNEY PARKS. LOUD MUSIC WAS COMING FROM DIFFERENT ROOMS. MORE PILLOWS WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. hOTEL WAS IN GREAT LACTION COMPARED TO MY OTHER STAYS.

this hotel is awesome, very confortable, very quiet, a good location (about 7 minutes from disney). very clean, hot water works perfectly, room service every morning, very decent! the only thing this hotel needs to improve is the breakfast buffet, but for the price of the room, with wireless internet was enough

We were not very happy with this hotel, the first room we checked into the bathroom floor was so dirty I used a wash cloth to wipe it and it turned black, also the door to the bathroom had various types of body hair on it. We then moved to another room it had ants in the bathroom-we had to move to another room. It was cleaner but the room smelled like smoke. It was marked as a none smoking room. We also had to ask for hand towels and bathmats due to not having any in the room.

Room and restaurant. Security does nothing when problems occur. Room was good. Security would not attempt to control noise level of other patrons in the parking lot between 11:30 pm and 2:00 am.

The room was clean and service was fine. My main complaint is the beds are too high and I had to jump up to get on the bed. I requested a stool but one could not be provided. They had no accommodations for little people.

We checked in late after a long flight, our non smoking rooms were smoking rooms. They did change us to other rooms across the pool, but these rooms were the worst I've seen in the USA. Door handle on bathroom was missing, floor carpeting damp, paint peeling off walls, broken toilet valve, phone in one room was broken, bedspread was stained and it goes on. My wife wouldn't even get under the covers, she laid out towels and tried to sleep on top of the bed. I'm usually pretty easy to please, but I must admit this was one of the worst hotels I"ve stayed at anywhere in the world, and I'm used to some off the beaten path 3rd world travel. If it was just one room I'd say maybe it was a fluke, but both rooms were in very bad shape. We called Travelocity and got a partial credit for the rest of the week, then got the heck out of there the next morning. ( they woudn't credit us for that night.) Live and learn, I read some bad reviews before we left (after I booked it), I should have done my research earlier. The one good point is the entry area, it's new and comfortable with a welcome center.

Can't beat the price. Clean room. Friendly staff. Close to Disney entrance. Not the Ritz but just needed a clean shower and a place to lay our head between parks.

Visited this Ramada 3 times never an issue here! Cold Central A/C units. Soft fluffy pillows and comfortable beds. I'm picky when it comes to my sleep. Indoor pool relaxing. Bar, Restuarant, Pizza all in same area. Plenty of shops in walking distance and places to eat! Golden Coral about a half mile past the Hotel going west on South side of road never has bad food! Recommened Highly I believe in my aspect especially for the price and minutes from Disney!

This hotel DELIBERATELY MISLEADS their customers by providing only a partial photo on their brochure and on the Travelocity website. They provide a photo of their main building and hide the motel semi-attached to that building, They will place you in a motel room if you book through this website. Our attempts to get upgraded to a room in the main building were unsuccessful, and we had to cancel and make other arrangements on the spot. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The staff was not friendly ,The rooms where not clean, There was bugs all over the room and i ORBITZ AGAIN this place was not a good choice and i can not put into words about the how dirty the carpet was and how for them to change the shets i had to pull them off the bed ,,this was not a good vaction for me ..

If I had not reserved this hotel with a "No Refund" policy when I booked this on a online travel website, I would have left it that night. There are too many empty hotels in the Disney World area to have to be forced to stay in this place. The Service at check in was sub par, and the lack of vehicles in the parking area gave me the first clue. When we opened the room door, a musty pool smell hit us. There were stains on the carpet and the carpet was worn. The light fixture cover in the bathroom area was stained from a water leak some time in the past. The bathroom tub had mold growing on it I took many pictures of this room as this was the worst room I have ever booked online. I had wonder around the property to find a third Ice machine that was finally working. Its my opinion that if you book a discount room at this place, they put you in the worst part of the property that is not occupied much of time.I know I will never occupy this hotel anymore and warn others to do the same

It was a late arrival and we were given keys that didn't work so I was a little annoyed at first, but they made it alright. The rooms were spacious and clean and it was nice to be able to see the pool from the rooms. It was convenient to have the restaurant on site for breakfast before heading out to the parks.
