The hotel was a big disappointment! Situated in an area with a lot of traffic making the rooms very noisy! We had problems with the in room telephone, the shower was flooding and the bed was not comfortable at all! There was not a wardrobe and they even dont have drawers, only some hangers next to a mirror! Also 159,99 pounds as a normal price during June period is a lot of money!Definitely I dont recommend it!

Checked in with the hotel and was very genial, room was ready.for me. Manager asked for prepayment, advised her that the room had already been prepaid. This came up twice more during my stay. (According to the manager the travel service has a problem paying the hotels). Room was clean with a good view. WiFI was 15 pounds a day (declined). The hotel did a good job of providing wht I needed, bed and board for my stay in London. I was not looking for ameneties outside of those. with those provisos I was quite satisfied with the hotel.

Nice & neat. The shower room. Hotel situated in zone 3 of London. It needs half hour of traveling time to the city centre. Moreover, it takes 10 - 15 minutes walking time to the tube station. The hotel is comfort and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

New modern hotel with spacious rooms. Only 20 mins to London on the Tube which is only a 5 min walk. With an oyster card you can get around very easy.

This new hotel was 300 meters from the North Acton train station. The rooms are very large by London standard. The bathroom was very modern with a good shower. The only downside was the very hard uncomfortable bed.

Take That 03/07/2009A special birthday treat to see Take That at Wembley, myself, my husband and our 10 year old daughter. The hotel was brilliant, modern, clean, easy to find from tube station and service was very very good. Would be very happy to come back again, just made the whole weekend perfect.

WembleyWe booked this hotel as it was close to Wembley to see Take That. The hotel were great with ordering us a taxi to get to Wembley but did not inform us that it would be a good idea to book with them for the return journey. This caused us to have a very long 2 1/2 hour journey back to the hotel as there were no taxis left and when i called the hotel for advise they were useless, just told me a taxi would be 2 hours. Luckily we found our way back by two buses and a taxi with no help from the hotel on which route to take, very dissapointing!

Generally good standard of hotel although very busy when we were staying. The breakfast was disappointing as the staff could not keep up with demand and we felt rushed as there was a large queue of people waiting.

Everything was fine. The Ramada is well placed for access to central line and getaway by car on the A40/M40 - the reason I stayed there

Ramada Encore reviewHotel was lovely and good value for money. Breakfast was brilliant. Only problem was check in - we arrived at 1:15 and told we could check in at 2pm, which was as expected. Rooms were then not ready at 2pm and we were told we would have to wait until 2:45. This was pushing time for us as we had to leave for an event by 3pm. We got into room at 2:45 only to have couple walk in at 3pm as they had also been allocated room! We then had to go back to reception, queue again, then eventually got a room at 3:10pm.

Warm welcome, helpful staff and the availability of a luggage room was great.
