Not addressing consequences of problemsThere was a problem with the fire alarm and the hotel was evacuated at about 2.30amThe problem was identified as a sensor in an unoccupied room. Having identifed the problem it should not have happend twice more in the next hour or so.A refund or complimentary stay was requested of Zoe, Duty Manager, but was declined.I will not be returning.

We arrived at the hotel 30minutes before check, our room was ready, staff were very friendly and took literally 2minutes to check us in. There is ample free parking too. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Arriving back in the evening, we were pleased to see that they had a 24hour bar facility, in the morning we finished our stay off with a lovely breakfast ;o) Hotel is in a good location, 5minute walk to the peir. Would recommend this Hotel as staff were very friendly, good location and good rooms too! :o)

A great stayI visited the Ramada Encore for three nights and was given a twin room on the 2nd floor, overlooking the front of the hotel. A great room: A simple but quite stylish design with an amazing bathroom! Good hotel facilities and really helpful, accomodating staff. I would definitely return there again!

Ramada EncoreContemporary Modern , clean rooms , all facilities you would expect , OK for a business or short stay for a day or two would not want to stay longer. Bar area / restaurant not that condusive to sitting and relaxing in comfort for a long period. Would also prefer a bath in the room as well as a walk in shower but that's my personal preference.

have stayed here about 4 times, always clean & tidy, good shower & room facilities. Aircon/ heating is rooms is always annoying and never seems to work. Breakfast is self service and good.

Went down for new years eve & stayed for 1 night. Hotel was very clean with a modern contempary feel. Room was a bit on the cold side but very comfortable with the best shower ever! Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Its our 2nd stay in hotel & would definately go back.

After staying in loads of \"older\" hotels over the many years we've been going to Bournemouth, in was a welcome change to stay in this new fresh environment.The room was spacious, Internet was also available, if needed. I'm not a lover of Buffet Breakfasts, but that didn't spoil our time staying at the Romada Encore. For under £70 a night, we thought it great value.We will return in the near future.
